History: In a nut shell, he is a muggleborn that happened to get attacked by Billywigs when he was six. As a result he permanently floats off the ground a few inches. The reason is because of the amount of stings he had from the Billywigs, and the fact that he is one of the few that are allergic to Billywigs, which made him permanently have the side affect of floating.
He does not have a close relationship with his parents, because they basically had nothing to do with him after his 'accident'. They locked him away with his Tudor Miss Evens, and it wasn't until he came to Hogwarts that he felt half-way normal.
Personally: Neal is a calm and patient young man that was given the best education he could get whether from home schooling through tudors, or at Hogwarts. He is pretty smart, but not that studious so didn't do more then what he had to in order to get A's and E's depending how much the class interested him. He is very affectionate, and caring, and tries to be as candid and honest as he can be. His silly, cheerful, sometimes immature personality can sometimes be annoying since he can't be very serious. He does have his downfalls he can be slightly suspicious and mistrusting of others, has a slightly low self-esteem, and confidence. When people talk about Neal they say that he would be late to his own funeral, he seems to always be running late to slightly late.
Appearance:Neal is rather short standing at about five feet seven inches, but he would say that he doesn't have to be tall because big things come in small packages. He has a slim figure, but fit looking body filled with a lot of lean muscle. The first thing that draws your attention to Neal is his big blue eyes, that express every mood, and feeling.
Clothing: He wears his dark brown hair short and spiky, and dresses mostly in casual wear, t-shirts, and jeans, or button downs to possibly casual docker dress pants.
Strengths/ Weaknesses: Neal's strong points are that he is affectionate, open and candid, caring, cheerful, determined, enthusiastic, forgiving, and humble. Some of his weak points are that he can be suspicious, mistrusting, to silly, has a bit of a low self-esteem, and confidence, is not punctual, sightly immature acting, and does what is convenient to him rather then what might be necessary or right.

Detention strategies: You have to be pretty rowdy in his class to get a detention, or put yourself or others in danger to get a detention. Then if you do its to the dungeon for you!! He makes you write a thousand lines of whatever you did wrong.
Teaching Techniques: Its flying so he just basically either lectures, and sometimes they were go outside to practice stuff they have learned in class.
Type of Homework/test/quizzes: None, maybe a pop quiz every other month just to see if they have learned anything.
How strict: Not very, as long as your on time paying attention, and don't do anything stupid on your brooms he's pretty pleasant.
List known friends/relatives/Teacher Pets: At the moment I guess it just depends on what pops up in play....
