(( This is what Shaylyn is wearing!))
Shaylyn had to admit, England was a very different place than Brazil. She had lived in Brazil since she was 3 days old when one day her father just up and decided that they were going to up and move to London. Now, she is of age so she technically didn’t have to go anywhere, but she wanted her little family (herself, father, and brother who also came) to stay together. Plus it would give her a chance to catch up with her favorite cousin Mikayla. The two were really close when they were smaller, but once they both got accepted to their respective wizarding schools, they developed different personalities and therefore, drifted apart. Although she had heard on the family grape vine that she had defiantly changed and became an altogether more pleasant person. It was said that some boy had done it to her as well. Crazyness in Shaylynn’s opinion.
Today was the day Shay had decided that she needed to make her way into Diagon Alley to pick up whatever supplies she might have needed. She had been wandering around aimlessly for about an hour when she decided to stop for an ice cream. Ordering a coffee ice cream cone, she sat outside and people watched for awhile. She wondered how Hogwarts would be different from her previous school in Brazil; she also wondered whether or not she would find friends as easily as her cousin did, but Mikayla had it easy. At least she got to transfer early on in her 4th year and not wait until all the way in her 7th year.
Resting her head in her hand, she watched the people walked by; many different kinds of people of all ages: parents with young children, school age kids, elderly wizards, and everyone in between. She had the urge to go talk to someone who seemed about her age, but she decided against it. She was feeling shy at the moment, and just hoped someone would come up and talk to her.
