VERA MARIE HUDSON
QUIRKY GOOD ACCEPTING LOYAL FUNNY HAPPY [/COLOR]
The Looks:
Vera has long, curly, jet-black hair that is naturally like that despite everyone's sureness that she dyes and curls it. Whenever it gets wet she insists that she looks like Medusa. Her eyes are a dark, somewhat smoky green. She's always been quite little, full grown she's only five feet four inches and 93 pounds. When she was young she was pretty dorky looking but she started to get pretty around when she turned 13.
The personality:
As a general rule Vera tries to be nice to most people since she was bullied as a kid, but it doesn't always work out especially if that person themselves is a bully. She's rather persistent, sometimes to the point of being annoying, but in the end she usually ends up getting what she wants. She's a good person to keep around if you want a laugh or to lighten the mood but sometimes she gets fed up with always having towear a smile and be the positive one. She's pretty smart but generally chooses not to show it. She tends to have different perspectives on things than most people do and her reactions are hard to predict. On the occasion that she does get angry just run while you have a chance. She stands up for her friends and what she believes in and will not back down no matter what. Vera might have a brief moment of panic when confronted with a scary situation of sorts but that goes away quickly and she's actually quite brave.
The History:
Vera was fourth child of two muggles named Tristan and Angeline Hudson and younger sister of Juliet, Chrissie, and Kendall who at the time of her birth were 5, 3, and 18 months. Her father was chief of police in the town they lived in and her mother was a wedding planner. She got along well with her family although like all families they had their share of fights, but Vera was always the one that had weird things happen to her... like the incident with the purple goat when she was seven. She got bullied a lot in grade school because of how she was always the kind of dorky one but she would normally just thank them, give them a compliment in return, and walk away which would confuse the bullies enough into leaving her alone for a while. Coming from an all muggle family it was quite a surprise when she got her letter from Hogwarts and it took her family a while to finally believe it, but Vera accepted it fairly fast. As she got older and started to get pretty boys started paying a lot more attention than before, which annoyed her to no end.
She has dyscalculia and can barely do basic math but if you bring money into the equation it suddenly all makes sense. Any games involving money, poker, Monopoly, etc. and she will win almost every time. When asked why she says "Psht, money isn't math." She also has diabetes.
