Scarlette Maria Snow

The Looks:
Scarlette hazel eyes that sometimes shine golden in the light, with long chocolate brown hair. Her uniform will usually be untidy, with her tie lose and her hair flying around wildly. Scarlette is not one of make up, and dislikes dresses that show her legs. Scarlette's proud nature also reflects her clothing choices. She hated wearing something knowing everyone else wold be wearing it to. To Scarlette's utter most annoyance, Scarlette is concidered beauitful by her pureblood family memebers. When she was little, her many uncles and aunties would call her 'china doll', thinking she resembled the pretty, delicate porcelian decorations. Scarlette has quite a athletic build, with a nicely toned physique and long legs, she is good at running and taking some rough hits; which can work to her advantage when playing beater for quidditch. Scarlette is a little under the average height, so most of her friends are taller then her.
The personality:
Scarlette is a very stubborn young woman of 16, normally very keen to share her strong opinions on many topics. Dispite her stubborness and hot headedness, Scarlette can't stand to see anyone cry or hurt, even if her and the person in question hadn't gotten along in the past. Scarlette, unlike her pureblood family, she doesn't judge her fellow students on blood status, and honestly thinks that muggleborns are just as good, or even better then purebloods. In the classrom, her pride and stubborness has got her into trouble a few times, like agruing with the teacher about a answer or supporting someone when she thinks they are correct.
Though Scarlette is quite proud, she is also quite self conious about her looks. Even with the genuine compliements of her snobbish family members, she couldn't help but wonder if they would still say the same thing if she were a half blood or a muggleborn.
Other then that, Scarlette is a joyful and fun person to be around. She is fun and has a lust for life, keen to trying anything new or stange for the entertainment value. With her since of compassion and understanding, she would aways have your back, that is, if she thinks you deserve her trust and loyality. Her pride also made her hate getting help from anyone, and refused it when offered, even when she clearly needs it. Of course She will eventually take the assistance once she has come to grips with the fact she can't be perfect like her parents want her to be, and that everyone needs help once in a while.
The History:
Scarlette grew up in a wealthy pureblood family, and was brought up with the rasist views on 'mudbloods' her parents had. Even so, this didn't stop Scarlette from thinking otherwise. as a child, the muggleworld fasinated her, and she honestly didn't see why mugglebrons were so bad. In fact, Scarlette slightly envied them.
Being the youngest to three, Scarlette also had this pressure put on her to live up to her parent's expectations and her sibling's achivments, she feared she would never reach those high goals set for her, that she would be a failure and disowned by her family.
