GENERAL INFORMATION
FULL NAME:
Kelsey Sophia Jenkins. Her first and middle name is just some names I've liked for a while when I was creating another character. The Jenkins part was just a last name that worked with the other two.
NICKNAMES:
Kel (As a shorten version of her name), Blue jay (Because that was her first sign of magic was talking to blue jay when she was 3)
AGE, BIRTHPLACE & DATE:
She is 13, born Oct. 8th in Rome, Italy because her mother was staying with her parents because her father was out of the country on business.

The wand is made of ivy and has a core of unicorn hair. It is 10 and 1/4 inches long and is bendy. It is pale colored and has ivy vines carved on the wand.

Wavy chestnut brown shoulder length hair often pulled back into a messy bun.

She is a tall thin hourglass figure. Olive tone that tans in a single ray of sunlight.
UNIQUE FEATURES:
A brand mark of a blue jay on her left shoulder from a death eater marking her for life as his son's future wife when she was 6. Though who the son is she doesn't know.
ANIMAGUS:
Even though she should hate blue jays they are her favorite animal and wants to become one to fly away. And will manage to learn later in her life.

PATRONUS:
Her strong memory is when she was surrounded by blue jays in a forest clearing as millions of little bird song became words that only she can understand the song speech of inner strength and knowledge when she was 3 years old Her patronus takes the form of an Eagle because her parents have been from Ravenclaw for many generations.
DEMENTOR:
Worse memory is when she becomes branded for life by the death eater after her grandparents, parents and twin sister are killed when she is 6 years old, forcing her to go live with an older cousin that is her only known family left.
MIRROR OF ERISED:
If she found the mirror of Erised, she would see the family she lost 7 years ago. For she misses them like crazy.
BOGGART:
What she fears is pretty silly, but her worse fear is Mimes. How she makes it better is by turning the mime into her favorite quittich player.
AMORTENTIA:
Camp fire, Cake, Wildflowers, Tea leaves, and Cinnamon (sp)
STRENGTHS:
Her strengths are her charm work, finding good in other's regardless of what they've done in the past, being flexible enough to roll with the punches, her kind heart, her singing voice, and skilled animals mainly birds.
WEAKNESSES:
Her weaknesses are she day dreams during class, worst subject is DADA and History of Magic to the point of having a tutor in both, misplace things, can't/won't swim, and .....(having trouble thinking of five)
HOBBIES/QUIRKS/WHIMS/HABITS:
Her hobbies are painting and singing. Her quirks are walking backwards, eating dessert before dinner and muttering while reading. (I just realize she sounds like a version of Luna Lovegood, but I will try to make her act different)
LIKES:
She likes blue jay, the night sky, Charms' class and late night snacks. Blue jays are her favorite animal. The night sky because she can look up at all the stars when she has trouble sleeping and wonder if her family is walking her. Charms class she find fun and gets a good laugh at fail attempts. She gets hungry when she looks up at the night sky late and needs something to snack on.
DISLIKES:
She dislikes History of Magic and DADA class, cold rainy days, and muggle bubble gum. She thinks these classes are boring and can't focus on the topic so she has to have tutoring sessions. She hates being cold being use to the warm weather of Rome where her cousin lives. She doesn't like muggle bubble gum for its too sweet and the flavor doesn't last long enough.

Rome, Italy. She lived in west England until her parents died and moved to Italy to live with her cousin, before moving to France for a year and half because of her cousin's work then moving to London until she was twelve before moving back to Italy though still attending Hogwarts.
FINANCIAL STATUS:
She and her cousin aren't the riches around, but they make rent and can at least buy new school supplies each year.

GENERAL HISTORY:
Witnessing her family’s death and being branded like a cow for slaughter is the worst thing anyone can go through at the age of six. If Kelsey had been completely unaffected I think her cousin would have worried more than her little cousin becoming a bit odd. Somehow instead of breaking her and letting darkness fill her heart she let hope that her family was watching her wanting to see her live a happy fulfilled life so that was what let her move forward though her quirks just happened out of the games she played with her twin sister when she was still alive. Having no one to play with caused her to pretend, Casey was still there with her through everyday life even if she was picked on for being a little weird.
