Name: Sofiana Molovio
Age: Twnety-eight
Class you want to teach: Ancient Runes and DADA sub.
History: I was born in France. My mother, Margueritte, was a French auror for the ministry in France. My father, Manuel, worked for the Italian Ministry. We lived in the South of France for most of my life, as it would be easier for both my parents to get to work. I attended Hogwarts, along with my twin, Emilia, as my parents wanted us to experience different cultures.
At Hogwarts, I was rather popular, but I usually kept to myself, at the beginning. Me and my sister were inseparable. But as I got older, I became louder and crazier, as did Emily. We pranked people all the time, and we were both on the Ravenclaw Quidditch team. I was in detention a lot, but I was still a very good student. I excelled in Ancient Runes, Arithmancy and Defense Aginst the Dark Arts, acquiring outstanding in my OWLs and my NEWTs in a three subjects. It had always been one of my dreams to be a Healer.
During the summer before our seventh year of school, my mother got a lead on a dark wizard she had been tracking for years. While she was out on a raid, some of his henchmen came to our house. I tried hard to fend them off, incapacitating three out of four of them. But will I was dueling one of them, the last one shot a curse at Emilia, when she came into the room, having gone out for the night. It was the killing curse.
After that incident I never pranked again, and rarely talked to anyone. All I did was concentrate on my school work. I guess it was then that I found my love for Ancient Runes., the secret that lay in the little inscriptions. After I finished school, I went traveling for a long time. Three years ago, I took up a post at Salem Witches Institute, teaching Ancient Runes. But now I’m back at Hogwarts, seeking to teach the subject I love, at the place I love.
Personallity: I have quite a split personality. To my friends and family, I am a kind and quiet person. I am funny and very sarcastic. I love books and reading. I love writing too. Since my sister’s death, I have nightmares almost every night. Most times, they consist of me trying to save my sister but I can’t seem to move. I don’t get much sleep, but I’ve gotten used to it (I’ve also become an addict to coffee).
In the classroom, I am quite different. I am a strict teacher, and will not tolerate cheaters, liars and laziness in my classroom. I help students to the most of my ability, as Ancient Runes in a complicated and complex subject. I will tutor students who need it. I give points when they are deserved, and will take them away from troublemakers.
Experience in RPG: I’ve been RPing for about a year now, on loads of different sites. Most of them aren't very active or have closed down. The one I'm most active on is Hogwarts: The Final Years. hgwrts4u2.proboards.com/index.cgi (characters: Persephone Scarlett Lewis and Imogen Peters).
RP Example: Sofiana was walking down a dark hallway, wand in hand. “Is anyone there?” she called out. A voice echoed down the hallway, “Sofia! Help me!”. It was her twin, Emilia. “Emy! Where are you?” She called out. The hallway suddenly came to an end. A door stood in front of her, daunting and eerie. She walked up to it, turned the knob and pushed the door open. The room was dark. “Lumos,” Sofia muttered, and the tip of her wand lit up. She looked around. “Emy! Are you there!” Suddenly, the room was lit up. She could see her sister. “Emy there you are,” she tried to walk over to her sister, but she couldn’t. “Why can’t I move?” she said. She tried to move, her arms, her legs, anything, but she seemed only to be able to move her head. The was a sound from the other sound of the room. A wizard had apparated into the room. Sofia recognized him at once: it was one of that wizard her mother had been trying to capture’s henchmen. “Emy, run, get out of here!” Sofia shouted at her sister. But before the latter could move, the wizard muttered something, and a green light flashed from the wizard’s wand, that was aimed at Emilia.
“No!” Sofia cried, and woke with a start. She sat up and looked around her room for a minute, panting as though she had ran for miles. She got out of her bed, and walked into her bathroom and turned the lights on. She stood in front of the sink, and stared at her reflection in the mirror above it. A lump formed in her throat, and she began crying. The tears rolled down her face and fell into the sink.
