Personality: Isaiah fits the role of a disciplinarian very well. If anybody gets too out of line he isn't afraid to get tough with them. But if you get to know him you'll find that the tough guy image is just a persona and you'll find a wise and accepting man. And despite his image he truly believes it's never too late for a person to shape up their act.
History(characters background): Isaiah grew up in the Brixton area of South London. As a child he was always finding himself involved in fights. And nearly got involved with a local gang that his older brother was a member of until his parents made him accept his Hogwarts letter at age 11. At Hogwarts he was sorted into Slytherin house. He maintained excellent marks and influenced the power of the Slytherin Quidditch team. His main interest was Defense Against The Dark Arts though it eventually led him down a path of studying dark magic. At age 17 he returned to the Brixton area and got involved in one of the rival gangs of his now deceased brother's gang. During one altercation he was stabbed in his right eye and now wears an eye patch. His role in the gang as enforcer would allow him to use his dark magic to torture his rivals. Three years after his initiation he was busted for being on the scene of a major drug deal. He spent 5 years in prison.
When he left prison it was with the attitude that he would change his life but without a home and unable to get a well paying job, Isaiah returned to a life of crime. During the 1999 Brixton bombing Isaiah was almost killed, but survived unharmed. He realized that there must be something greater than himself out there and that he had a purpose to be alive. Wanting to abandon the gang life without being able to be tracked down and killed he returned to the magical world he knew as a child and worked several odd jobs, before becoming a professor in Defenses Against Dark Magic at the Salem Witches Institute for three years. He then returned to England, taking on a sort of "magical bounty hunter" position. He found an opportunity to return to his old school as a caretaker. Feeling nostalgic and fearing that his current line of work was getting too dangerous he accepted the job.
