- How long mod/much experience? I moderated EE for about 3 consecutive years before The leader and I got to a disagreement. I still moderate the TUO forums and Site Since 2007. and The RPB, I was there for a year and then Left because I no longer wished to participate.
RPing experience/ how long? 5 years more Went from back when ** where actions, to now when Novel is the new style.
Can you help people with learning to RP more? I AM NOT the best. But I can help people become better by giving tips and such.
Can you be strict but also understanding? Yes, infact that is why I achieved some of my officer and admin positions.
You understand you are to be a leader? Yes, and I also Understand that to be a good Leader, you must also be a listener.
What makes a good leader?: I listen and Understand What people are telling me. I also take on the perspectives of everyone before I make decisions, that usually leads me to making fair rules and decisions.
