Alexa yawned as she opened up the Three Broomsticks. It was a Saturday. She knew she would have Hogwarts students coming to her pub since it was a Hogsmeade weekend. She opened up the store then flicked her wand as she arranged everything and cleaned. She sat at the bar and popped her gum stifling another yawn.
She had been out late the night before and now she regretted it. She was so tired. She watched snow cascade down through the window and smiled. It would be winter holidays soon and she was excited. She hated living the double life but she had to. It was the only thing she clung to.
"Well, let's get on with the day," she muttered to herself seeing the students already walking up and down the street as the clock on the wall showed 10am.
