Ok so first im sorry I havent posted much, I shall get back into posting every day but im been completely swamped lately. Sorry! 
Now I need some advice on how to handle a situation.
My best friend is 16 Male and gay. He was desperate for someone and joined a shady chat room where he met this guy who was 10 years older then him called Scott. So he pushed my friend into having sex the second time they met up, unprotected. He treats my friends like complete dirt like when I met him in the car the first thing he said was
"Took your fucking time" even though we were like two minutes late. He then didnt say anything until later when he said "how was school....actually dont tell me I dont give a fuck what you do" but is nice as pie around my friends mother.
Now because this guy took my friends virginity he practically owns him, and he wont listen to anyone. Scott had my friend lying to his friends and family (even though everyone was supportive and let him go out and everything) but told him we couldnt be trusted. So my friend gets caught when his mother comes to my house and asks my dad if he stayed a night with me and my dad says no.
Ok so now his mother grounds him and says he isnt aloud to go out except for 5 hours on saturday to see scott. Which is ALOT more then what I get when im grounded, but Scott still tells my friend how shes unfair and using him for his money and cant do that. So my friend starts to rebel.
So this scott guy messages me saying "so (my friends name) is in alot of trouble ay?" and I say "yeah not to much, just not the most popular person in the world" then he starts saying "tell me exsactly whats happening, elaborate", i tell him to ask my friend and that I agree with my friends mother then he demands I tell him. So I text my friend and tell him to tell Scott to back off, and he starts to wonder why Scott was checking up on him in the first place. So then this scott starts swearng at me abusing me saying he didnt mean my friends mother he meant school (even though he clearly did not mean school but he was busted with my friend so he lied) And starts abusing me for saying that my friends mother was right, saying i shouldnt be telling people her personal stuff over facebook. Then saying how I do nothing but cause drama and that i should stay out of his family business. (they've been dating for two weeks my friends mother came to me about what to do about Scott, she came to me when she got a job, she came to me when she was sick. Im friends with his mother as well as him meaning im clearly more part of the familÿ other then the fact im there like every day and even have a dinner place...)
So I tell him where to stick it, and he asks why his mother was talking to my dad again. I say
How about this, the fact that because of you (my friend) is lying to his parents and his friends, sneaking out, having sex with a fully grown man within the first week of a relationship, the man is ten years older, over 18 making it pedophilia and the reason she asked dad is because he's an ex prison officer who knows the law.
Now my friend refuses to look at the email and starts having a go at me saying how im starting shit and if I have a problem with him to speak to him not start abusive messages to scott.
And then scott posts on my friends wall how this girl (meaning me but not mentioning my name) a homophob and that im a pathetic little girl in love with my friend and is upset because i'll never have a chance with him and that he only has to wait till school finishes and he'll never have to see me agian.
I post after him 'oh someone has a crush on you (my friend) thats so cute, do I know her?' then he deletes my comment and abuses me again! saying to stop causing shit.
