Stefan is a very strong and intimidating figure. He stands at 6ft 3" with a very muscular frame from his habit of working out when he's bored and staying very fit and healthy. Stefan Acel is a very laid back and kind man. He is normally seen with a smile on his face and is very friendly, always meeting new people and making friends. He has this natural air that attracts people to him as well as his charming good looks. He also has a very charming personality which he passed down to his son Cicero. He is very flattering and kind to any females and is even respectful to men as well, causing him to gain trust easily. But don't misunderstand, Stefan loves his wife Nalda very much and is not a flirt. He would never think to cheat on her. He's just very charming.
But underneath that pretty face and the sweet as sugar persona Stefan is much different. He is obsessed with blood purity and finds any wizard that is not pureblood to be filth to him and muggles, even worse than filth, he will not associate himself with. Once he finds out a wizard is not pureblood he will definatly treat them differently.
Stefan is a smart man though, and knows his prejudice will usually result in trouble for him. Because of this he doesn't make his blood purity love known about him easily. And though he will show prejudice to half-bloods and mud-bloods he won't tell them that it is because of their heritage, he uses his clever mind to make up another, less looked down on, reason for his treatment.
Stefan has a great determination to either rid the wizarding world of muggle blood or to at least only have the purebloods ruling it. His father was a very strict man who always told Stefan to be the best that he could possibly be. His mother provided the familial love he needed while growing up and together the two instilled the importance of blood purity in their son and told him all the stories he should be proud of of when the Dark Lord still ruled, of the loyal Death Eaters in their family, and how someday the wizarding world will go back to the way it's suppose to be. Ruled by purebloods.
Stefan spent his childhood training himself to be a great wizard and mostly trying to control his early given Divination talent. Of coarse at the young age of three his "sight" was merely just annoying random flashes of blurs and feelings that made no sense. But thanks to the help of his mother who he inherited the ability from each year they became clearer and clearer till by age 10 he was able to actually understand the visions and now only had to learn to control when they came.
At age 11 Stefan received his letter to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. His proud parents sent him off and of coarse the boy from the dark wizard family was sorted into Slytherin House. He spent most of his time on honing his Divination skill and practicing the Dark Arts, determined to fulfill his childhood dream of a wizarding world ruled by purebloods. He was made Slytherin Quidditch captain and discovered his future hobby of working out and getting stronger when bored. But Quidditch and studies wasn't all that occupied Stefan's time at Hogwarts.
The attractive boy was always followed by plenty of girls but none of them caught his attention like Nalda Malfoy did. She was the grand daughter of the infamous Draco Malfoy but unlike most of her family had been sorted into Ravenclaw house. But it wasn't her house or family that attracted Stefan. She was a beautiful pureblood girl....who refused his advances. No matter how hard Stefan tried Nalda never saw anything in him besides a charmer and because of this he was rejected time after time. He put up with this from the middle of his 2nd year all the way to his 7th year. By his last year he was so frustrated with this stubborn girl that grew more beautiful each year that he was ready to just give up on her. But she wouldn't leave his dreams, his every thought. The girl had finally driven him mad and he went out to buy her the most beautiful engagement ring he could find and purpose to her. Even on his knee with a ring for her Nalda refused Stefan again. She said she would only marry him if he received a mermaid scale for her by year's end. Knowing of the colony of merpeople in the Black Lake and of their temperament, one to match his own, Stefan was scared but bravely accepted this task.
He spent practically the whole year preparing for this task but by year's end he took Nalda to the edge of the Black Lake, gillyweed in hand, and set off to receive her scale. It was dangerous but Stefan came out of it with just an almost severed right arm, but he had Nalda's scale and thanks to a quick trip to the hospital wing he came out of it with just a bad scar and soon after graduation Nalda and Stefan were married.
Nalda was never one for children so when Stefan quickly told of his want for two she set another limit for him. Though they were both already living very prosperous and from wealthy families she said she'd only have a baby after he became head of a department in the ministry of magic. Once again Stefan's determination set him off on a path of hard working to reach his goal. Luckily his skill in Divination got the Ministry interested in him despite his young and just graduated self, it also helped that the Ministry still favors purebloods the most. He worked hard, long nights and gradually climbed up the chain of the Ministry of Magic. It was amazing but within just a few years they had made him the Head of the Department of Mysteries, not only showing how hard he worked but how much trust he gained to be made in charge of such a secretive area.
Nalda, as she did before, lived up to her promise and soon was pregnant and gave birth to Cicero Acel and 2 years later Candida Acel. The two children were Stefan's pride and joys and immediately in both of their lives enforced the importance of blood purity in both of them. It didn't stick so well with Cicero but the boy made up for it with his great grades and high accomplishments, one of them being made Slytherin Quidditch captain like Stefan was. Candi however was and continues to be a daddy's girl, learning and following eagerly anything Stefan told her and while she may not have made the accomplishments her brother did she showed the dedication and blood purity obsession that her father instilled in her as well as an inherited talent for Divination.
Stefan was very proud when both of his children were accepted to Hogwarts and even sorted into Slytherin house. He spent most of his time while the kids were in school focusing between his wife and his job with the Ministry, still working as hard as he did the day he joined.
Recently the Ministry heard some rumors about disappearances at Hogwarts and though this should have been taken care of sooner the Ministry decided to finally take action and send someone in to keep an eye on the school and make sure everything ran well. Stefan eagerly volunteered for this job and was soon applied for the job as the Divination professor, appropriately enough. He still makes reports to the Ministry on what he's seen and such. But though he's suppose to just be there to spy on Hogwart's doings for The Ministry, he volunteered so eagerly for his own reasons. To restore blood purity to this school.
