Detailed Personality :
Marishka is a naturally value-driven person. When she is given a task, she works to create a confident and clear vision of the objective which she will execute with the most of her skills. She prefers a creative-solution to a problem over the status quo as the Witch believes every situation needs to be approached as if its unique; even if the same situation has played itself out time and again in various fashion. Though she is driven to do her best, Marishka does understand her limitations and has no issue asking for help when the time arises. She would rather complete a task successfully with other people than to fail at an assignment because she was too nervous or full of pride to ask for assistance.
The Auror is a quiet individual who strives to keep her private life separate from public knowledge. A strict adherer to the idea that work and home life should be separate, she rarely tells her family about her job as well as rarely telling her co-workers about her personal issues. When she is asked for her opinion, she will often hold it back until in private with someone as she does not like to speak out in large groups. In instances in which there are no ways for her to express herself in private, she will often just go with the flow. Though she is extremely independent, she cares deeply for the well being of others. She prefers one on one relationships instead of a large circle of friends, though she does possess several acquaintances to which she divides her time evenly with.
A rather selfless individual, she cares deeply for those close to her. Due to her loyalty to people, her choice of friends can become rather picky as she must first learn to trust an individual. This often serves as a handicap as this loyalty and careness can often times turn into jealousy; which was routinely seen in her first marriage to Alexander. A social individual in his own right, the man was often seen with other women which brought out a dominating, jealous nature from Marishka. She knows that jealousy is a serious problem within her which is why she often times takes awhile to develop any sort of meaningful relationship with an individual.
Perhaps her greatest weakness is that fact that she is easily hurt by the actions of others. If she feels betrayed, is physically or emotionally harmed by another or is outright ignored and stepped on, she will hide her emotions and only reveal them to the absolute closest people to her. Due to her nasty divorce from her husband and the revelation that he wielded the dark arts, Marishka has grown more stony in personality, though her eyes allow one to easily read her emotions; the problem is getting her to verbally express those feelings instead of bottling them up inside. When push comes to shove, Marishka knows that her job as an Auror is the most important aspect of her life and any issues she has personally are irrelevant when compared to the greater good.

Full Name:
Marishka Danielle Achille-Santori
Gender: Female
Age, Birthplace & Date: 24 ~ Paris, France ~ December 2
Bloodline: Muggle Born
-Appearance-
Hair: Marishka's hair reaches three quarters down her back. Long and flowing, the hair is normally tied back into a bun or tail of some degree; however, when she is stressed, in a hurry, or simply exhausted, Marishka will allow the hair to just flow freely. Her hair, along with scalp, is rather sensitive to what kinds of chemicals are used in its care. The scalp has been known to flake relentlessly and the hair to crack and break with certain shampoo's, conditioners, and oils. As a result, Marishka only uses one sort of shampoo on her hair (T-Gel) which she often has imported from the United States if she can not find it in stock in her local market.
Eyes: Marishka has timber brown eyes. Her eyes give off a relative sense of ease when glanced into. The majority of people may wear their emotions on their sleeves for all too see, Marishka in fact reveals her emotions through her eyes. It does not matter how stony her face is, or how rigid she if making herself to be, a person will always be able to decipher her emotional state based on her eyes.
Body Type: Marishka has an average body figure. She is not one to overly exercise but at the same time she is no slouch. She loves to walk, especially in heels which helps in the shaping of her calves, thighs, gluts and lower back but aside from that, she does not go out of her way for strenuous and unnecessary physical activity. Her bust size is modest; ranging from a 36B to a 36C depending on the undergarment used while her shoulders are slightly more framed than a typical woman. Standing at five feet seven inches on bare feet, Marishka is slightly above average in her height when compared to other women.
Unique Features: Marishka has a tattoo of her own wand etched down her sternum. The meaning behind the tattoo represents the overall joy, protectiveness, and love of her first and only wand. If anything ever did happen to her wand, she would always have a remembrance to it. Due to the tattoo's location, it can not be seen unless Marishka wears a lower cut top; which is hardly ever.
Animagus: Sulawesi Fruit Bat
More Detailed Physical Description : Her bat form is about 650 grams when in a complete shift. Overall large in body stature for a bat, the animal's wing span reached to just over ten feet in length. The most tell-tale sign that the bat being looked at is Marishka, its the white line that goes down its chest that seems to take the form of a wand; the bats representation of Marishka's human tattoo.

-Character History-
Marishka was born in Paris, France while her parents were on a business trip. Her father, Sylvorio, was a stock broker in the European Stock Exchange whom was attempting to buy into a clothing manufacturing company when Sarah went into labor. Shortly after her birth and the failed attempt of her fathers bid at owning a business, the family returned to England. Her overall infancy went off without incident. She was given a modest middle class life with two parents whom did as they could too support her. Given that her mother was a stay at home wife and her father remaining a stock broker, it ensured that Marishka was always with family while being financially supported.
When she reached proper age, Marishka was enrolled into primary school. Coming off as a relatively avoidant in nature, the young Achille did not manage to make friends quickly but she did excel in school. Bright, especially in the fields of History, Science and Mathematics, her instructors were quite impressed at her level of focus and determination, especially with subjects most other students typically struggled with. By the end of her third year, Marishka was placed in Math and Science classes one grade above her normal classmates.
When Marishka was eleven, her Mother brought in a letter for her that both her mother and father had apparently been sitting on and holding back from her for several weeks. The Letter was a invitation to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy. Though both Sylvorio and Sarah seemed incredibly apprehension with the idea of sending their daughter to a school that taught Magic, especially since neither parent had ever heard of actual Witches and Wizards before the letter arrived, they allowed Marishka to make her own decision on the matter. Marishka showed her own reluctance as it would mean spending nearly a year away from her parents. The turning point was when it was revealed the sorts of classes that she would be taking which including everything from Flying, to Charms, to even Potions. Agreeing that this would be a good turn for her daughter and with promise from Hogwarts Staff that if anything ever happened, Marishka could leave whenever she wished, Sylvorio and Sarah allowed their daughter to enroll.
When she enrolled, Marishka was placed into Hufflepuff house due to her naturally hard working nature, though it appeared as though she could have been as easily placed into Ravenclaw due to her intellect. Almost immediately, Marishka began showing high marks in Potions, Transfiguration, and Charms but at the same time, Marishka showed her first real academic set back as she struggled with Defense Against the Dark Arts and Herbology. When it came to herbology, Marishka had never been a green thumb individual. In her bedroom at home, the young lady had always managed to kill indoor ferns, no matter what she did in order to ensure they were treated, fed, and watered properly. Remembering the names of various plants, their effects and their degrees of dangers towards people constantly left her mind. With D.A.D.A., Marishka struggled to use her wand to properly cast blocking spells. Being from hufflepuff and given her Ash Wand's Dragonstring core, the sheer power it possessed seemed to be too much to control at times for the young witch.
It was in response to these two severe issues that Marishka took on a tutor from her own House by the name of Maria Ashward. Maria proved to be an invaluable asset for the young Marishka. Only a year above Achille, Maria held a strong knowledge when it came to D.A.D.A. and Herbology. That mixed with her dominating but patient nature ensured that she was able to get her points and lessons into Marishka's head. Constant repetition of the Herbology lessons and learning how to cast her spells correctly often went long into the night and often into the dawn hours of the next morning. Throughout the remainder of her first year and through her fifth year, Marishka excelled in her three favorite subjects while receiving continued help from Maria with her hindrance in two. While in her fifth year, Marishka met a Seventh Year by the name of Alexander Santori. The soon to be graduate, a member of Slytherin House, immediately took a shine to Marishka and the courtship began early on in Marishka's fifth year.
Sylvorio was not too keen of Alexander upon meeting the lad and even Sarah showed apprehension. Both viewed Alexander as a bad influence on their daughter due to his assertive demeanor. Marishka, however, was love struck by the boy; especially when it came to the two practicing their spells together. While Maria remained Marishka's primary tutor, Alexander assisted her in a more hands on approach. With Maria present, Alexander challenged Marishka to a duel. When Maria gave the go ahead, Alexander cast the spell Stupify while Marishka cast an Expelliarmus charm. The two spells smacked head on which caused both duelists wands to connect through two separate beams of light. Shocked by the surprise turn of events, Maria took immediate notes while both Marishka and Alexander dueled. The beams danced back and forth, until Marishka's wands one the duel and forced Alexander too concede. After the duel, Marishka learned from one of her Professors that her wand as well as Alexander's caused a Priori Incantatem; which is a unforeseen side effect when two wands that share the same core source are forced to combat.
Upon Graduating from Hogwarts, Marishka was taken into Auror training and put under the guidance of Veteran Auror Dorothy Hendricks. The training itself was near unbearable as it often required Marishka to rely on her physical strengths as much as her magical capabilities. Hendricks was often near harsh in her discipline of Marishka, often forcing the young Auror to make decisions and complete tasks that would risk her life. It was during her training as an Auror that two events unfolded that would shape her coming life; the marriage to Alexander and her first real case as an Auror that involved a murderer by the name of Horrendous Hal. Married life to Alexander went off without much incident, though her parents remained objected to some degree of their union. Maria and Dorothy, themselves, also held reservations about Alexander. The husband often socialized with other women, though to what degree was never clear and it was evident that Marishka, though incredibly jealous, never truly dug deep. She would rather only scratch the surface that to do anything that would ruin, what she believed, a great marriage. While in her training, Marishka and Dorothy were given the task of tracking a Wizard by the name of Horrendous Hal. The Unknown Wizard was accused of murder, burglary and the use of the unforgivable curses.
As Marishka engulfed herself into the full life of an Auror, a rift slowly began to form between herself and Alexander. Her husband wanted her to leave the Ministry and become a stay at home wife. Alexander, himself unemployed, had received a substantial inheritance from his own family and spent his days living off of interest collected from the funds. When a viable tip showed up about Horrendous Hal, the Ministry soon found out that the Wizard in question was none other than Alexander Santori. Distraught over the revelation that her husband was a Dark Wizard and one whom killed so shamelessly, the Auror joined a team that descended upon her home to apprehend him.
As the first two Auror's explored the down stairs, Alexander out dueled both in the kitchen and den respectively. Knowing he was no match for Dorothy, Alexander attempted an escape, only to be confronted by a distraught Marishka. Marishka confronted her husband, unleashing a volley of insults towards the man which ranged from his infidelity to his dark arts. In response to this, Alexander cast the Cruciatus Curse at Marishka. She retorted with the Stupify Charm. The two wands again caused an Priori Incantatem just as it had in Hogwarts years earlier. Dorothy immediately made her way to the two, along with the two defeated Auror's. They watched as Marishka's wand again gained the upper hand on Alexanders. Moments before he would be defeated, Alexander fled the battle by apparition. As the other Aurors went to report to the Ministry, Dorothy remained with Marishka to attempt to bring some stability to the young Witch's now chaotic life

"You?" Marishka asked with a quivering voice as she stepped before Alexander, cutting off what would have been his only secure path towards freedom. "How could you?" Her voice showed signs of the emotional stress it held, threatening to crack at any moment as the woman desperately tried to control her anguish and pain.
She had caught him off guard, Marishka knew that much. Their backyard was not large but there was enough room to maneuver around. Still all she had to do was stand in the direct center of it in order to have a path to cut off Alexander on any attempted course he took. Her husband stood like stone, though his left hand still held firmly onto his wand. For a man with a mouth that never seemed to close it seemed as though words were lost to him which only irritated his wife even more. "Talk! Explain yourself! For years I shared a home, a life, a bed with a murderer..."
The instant she saw the smile form on his face as she finished her statement, the Auror raised her wand. "You think this is funny?" Marishka hissed.
"I do." Alexander chuckled. "The fact you could not even tell I was Horrendous Hal? What kind of Auror does that make you? After tonight, do you honestly think the Ministry will keep you? The reason I was able to hide my identity for as long as I had was because of you. Who would ever suspect that an Auror's husband was the Dark Wizard they sought for so long?" Slowly and with a malice intent, Alexander raised his own wand.
"Why?" Marishka could not control the tears any longer. Streaming down her face like the Thames River, the Auror kept her wand at it's raised level. "I gave you everything. All I wanted was a loyal husband. You could not give me that? Then you had to fall into the dark arts?"
"I do as I wish Marishka and will not be bound by some feeble attempt at monogamy through the sham of marriage. The Dark Arts, however, give me room to be open in my pursuit of life. No one can stop me... not even you dear.... CRUCIO!" Alexander shouted
"Stupify!" Marishka yelled in response.
Both wands erupted in life, filling the area with the bright lights that they cast as the two spells smashed into one another. Both Witch and Wizard were caught slightly off guard by the connection the wands created. Marishka's feet slid back slightly at the power her wand possessed, the power of the connection and the strength the battling spells had. Blue and Red, a charm and curse, danced in the evening air. The memory of the duel from Alexanders final year in Hogwarts came back to Marishka and she already knew how this duel would end.
Gripping the wand with both hands, she focused her attention entirely on the casting of her stunning spell. Digging in, she tightened her thighs and calved, preventing her feet from sliding any more. Her beam slowly gained the upper hand as it pushed Alexanders spell gradually back. "Give up! It's over!"
"It's never over!" Alexander roared.
The strength of his wand, the power of his curse, it could all be felt through connection. Marishka, whose tears had slowly subsided, remained focused on arresting the Wizard before her.
Dorothy appeared, along with the two Aurors that the Witches brought with them. The odds were now stacked on Alexander yet the man held a grin, which only irritated Marishka even more. "You're about to lose and you are smiling?"
"Because of my get out of jail free card... see you around." He muttered and with a blink of an eye, he broke the wands connection and apparated.
Marishka watched as the man known as Horrendous Hal, the murderer she and Dorothy had long sought managed to escape. With no words spoken, she gave a glance to her Mentor, whom held an expression of empathy and remorse. Today, Marishka had failed to apprehend the Wizard though sooner or later, the Witch would get him...
"
