Darius grew in a quiet house with his mother and father and his brother. His magical powers weren't discover until he was 9 when he got mad and cried about not getting a sucker. His dad was the only one to witness the event and told Darius to keep it a secret. His dad looked all over for an answer. A wizard by the name of Justine Falko. She took him on weekends and taught him about the magcal world. Darius' mother noticed this woman and accused his father of cheating.
At 10 there was a divorce and Darius wanted to move in with his Dad facinated with magic. Justine suggested moving to England for the best of Wizarding education. His past years went by and he did well until his 4th year when his father was killed. He was suspended from school for half his next year for atempting an attack on the muggle who knifed his father. His mother does not knowof this but Darius lives with Justine and after the even he took on the training of an animagus he first changed on his father's birthday and changed into a Wolf. He still trains becoming stronger in the transformation. He is 17 now and in his 7th year at Hogwarts, he's done very well except during his 5th year.

He was stabbed 17 times it seemed to be, Darius turned and saw a person run in the alley. Darius grabbed his wand, and ran out the side door. "You bastard!" Darius ran hard and finally let ou his wrist with a flick, "Incendio!!" He yelled he wanted this man to burn the man jumped out into the road infront of a bus and Darius' spell lit a dumpster on fire. He let it burn.
Darius came back to the house and Justine hugged him holding a ring in a box. His father was going to propose. She was to be his mother. "Were gonna put you into foster care so I can adopt you, it's what your father wanted, are you okay with that?"
Darius cried and cried. He would get a court date later on.
