If you do, she'll hex and jinx you with all she knows. Don't expect to be forgiven either, unless you can show Ellen that you're truly sorry for saying it. Like most Hufflepuffs, Ellen is loyal beyond what you could imagine. She would do anything for someone she cares about without thinking twice of it, even if it hurts her or gets her in trouble. Ellen has a love of pranking to and does it whenever the opportunity shows itself. Ellen's major passion is Quidditch, and plans to be a professional when she gets out of school. -Character History-
Ellen James was born to William and Monica James, two pure-bloods, on May fifth 2032. For the earliest years of her life, all was fine. She lived happily with her parent, aunt, uncle, and cousins. Then, when she turned six years old, Monica James died. Monica was experimenting with spells of her own creation when one backfired no her. Ellen went to a depression that lasted two years. Eventually, Ellen accepted her mother wouldn't want her to still be upset and carry one with her life.
Two years later, Ellen, Gary, and Isabelle had began school. Her trip to Ollivander's left her with a wand 10 1/2 inches in length, with unicorn tail and bits of crystallized boomslang venom, and the wood is from a Willow tree. Ellen was extremely excited when she got her wand a was off to school with her cousins. Nothing major happened in Ellen's first to years of school, but the third is a different story.
The trio were enjoying themselves at there first trip to Hogmeade, when a rumor was told to them by a couple of Gryffindors. The rumor was that there was a Basilisk in the forest. Gary, being somewhat stuck-up, decided to prove that there was no Basilisk and venture into the Forbidden Forest. Ellen and Isabelle tailed after him, begging him not to do this. Once they got in far enough, they discovered the rumors were true, when they found a fairly young, yet still huge, Basilisk. They tried to run but it was too fats. They were about done for the several of the teachers showed up and managed to defeat the Basilisk and pull them to safety. They were given a week's worth of detention and they lost one-hundred and twenty house points each. Why the Basilisk was in the forest in the first place was never discovered.
Continuing with there education, Ellen can't help but worry for her cousins' safety. She's not sure of the future, but she's doing what she can to help.

Ellen walked through the Forest, not entirely sure where she was. The Hufflepuff girl was still was exhausted from last night since she gave herself no time to rest. Only hour have pasted, but it felt like an complete eternity. Soon enough she would have have to stop and rest, but also figure out what to do. Besides the clothes she had on and her wand Ellen had nothing. She couldn't return to her house since it was probably just ashes, along with her family's corpses. Ellen felt the tears in her eyes at that thought. Her family... no! If she was going to survive Ellen couldn't use her time to weep for them, nor is that what they would want her to do.
About ten minutes later, after dragging herself along with her shoulders slumping, Ellen collapsed. She had to work just to keep breathing. Her eyes started to feel heavy,before this, Ellen hadn't realized how in need of sleep she was, or was it rest? Ellen couldn't tell. She sat back up and looked at her hand realizing she had a near painful grip on it. It was her wand, Ellen hadn't realized she was still holding it. She shoved it into her pocket. No need for it right now, she lost them. Ellen collapsed back down onto the forest floor.
Most of her friends aren't pure-bloods, so they would be on the run too. If she had some luck, maybe Ellen could find them, maybe. The problem with that was Ellen didn't have that kind of luck, no way she'll find them. With difficulty, Ellen let out a sigh and rolled over so she was laying on one side. Her stomach growled, before meeting up with anyone else, Ellen would need a decent food supply first. Maybe if she found someone else on the run, they might share with her. If worse comes to worse, Ellen would steal some food from a grocery store or something, and a bag to put it all in as well.
