-Character History-
His past is secretive and he tends to try and keep it away from public attention. His siblings and him were all brought up in the family manor, taught the pure-blood complex and Slytherin mind-set, oh and not to mention the Darkwood nature in and of itself. He was closer to his father than mother, but the wound was still painful when she was killed- or at least he thought she was killed after disappearing. His younger sister Gizella went nearly the same way- death under suspicious circumstances. He shared the mentality her twin had about her right up until she died. TO deal with that a Potter girl-whose name he refuses to think about even now- came in and Mav had no choice but to find a way to take advantage of her. His first year of Hogwarts he was sorted into Slytherin like all the Darkwoods, and he certainly lived up to both reputations. He still loves causing trouble and suffering for the weak (pretty much everyone muahaha-arrogant no?) and he’s closer to the Dark Arts now than ever before.
With the Potter girl, he thought he should go with a different approach for her heartbreak. Test his limits, go a little further, push them both to the edge. But then he started to develop deeper feelings, illusions as he likes to call them now, and that made him separate more from his siblings. He won’t even go into the rows he’d had with Dad. When the game reached it’s end he actually suspended it as long as he could, but his indecision faded and he broke the heart of the only girl who truly loved him. Yeah, it was true love, well one-sided. But now he’ll never know if he could’ve reciprocated. She committed violent suicide. The odd thing though, because he chose the game over trying to let her nurture his love it only added fuel to his curiosity, enforcing his mindset that love is…actually possible. Er, well that kind of love anyway. After the incident though, he began to develop somewhat of a stronger conscience, and all because of the growing emotions of self-loathing, guilt and this loss of dignity and such. Feelings he’s had to subdue into nearly nothing since his mother’s death. The way he’s learned tp deal with it is through redirection. When he’s not trying to beat it into submission, he allows it to add to the fire of his personality- all what he has to make up for after basically pissing on the traditions and values instilled into him from childhood. But if anything it’s made him more of an evil bastard. Time to get back in the game, and who else better than his sister to bring him back into it. Before, his look was natural and rugged. It eventually changed into scene- but since the Potter incident he’s changed it yet again. Now he’s the darkly handsome Darkwood Prince he was meant to be, and whose name he must build up to once again. It’s his damn title, and no one will ever take it away from him again. [/left]

Patronus: A winged serpent- more resembling a Basilisk with dragon wings.
Temperament/Allegiance: Hot-tempered and cruel, he can be one of the worst asshole’s you’ve met. He likes his fun though, and any means possible to acquire it. He can be a bit unpredictable, temperament wise, especially when crossed. Allegiance- without question- towards his family, so evil.

Because of their family name, he was taught hatred for the inferior and a sense of self-superiority and even narcissism because of the Darkwood’s superiority. Being the oldest, most of the attention and expectations fell on his proudly waiting shoulders. He was always family-orientated, but as he grew older so did his independence. He saw himself as the protector, but by no means was he not rivals to his other siblings- especially the twins. Gizelle sure was something else…or so he thought.
Once their mother died he hardened- whatever kindness and sweet temperament he had was gone or suppressed. And all of his darker impulses and natures were nurtured and grew like wildfire. He has a twisted sense of humor, and more often than not does it involve the torment or pain of others that brings him the most pleasure. His love for his siblings only grew though, as did his protectiveness. This all contributed to his ferocity as a fighter, and tenacity as a duelist. He’s a dark individual with sadistic tendencies, perhaps even unbalanced because of his unpredictability. He has a bloody temper, but that comes along with the strong personality and stronger-willed mind. In fact, when he sets his mind on something there are few people that could even attempt to influence him. Every second of life is a requirement to live in his mind and will do anything to do it, the more damage he causes to others the better- whether it be through emotional or physical means. He isn’t one to back down, especially with his mouth, and isn’t known to taking crap from anyone but a select few people. He won’t hesitate to remind others of their place, and he isn’t afraid of a good fight. Whether instigated or not he finds joy and amusement in this entertainment. His tactics are dirty and he is quite dangerous. He has a snarky attitude and usually always has some smart ass comment on his tongue. But hey, whatever makes him happy- whether its causing pain or being a bastard. Now his own retreat is his animagi form, he finds it easier to compartmentalize better and then channel the crueler parts of the animal within. Now for the women. He usually sees them only as entertainment; a prize to win, a challenge to subdue, an example to others, and more recently an experiment with dangerous consequences. He’s a notorious flirt and womanizer, but his preferred title is heartbreaker. He’s too into the fun of it all- but he does hope that one day the woman of his dreams would come in, possibly best him- but he wants to find love at the end of the game. Someone worthy of his bloodline and father’s approval.
Brash & abrasive, narcissistically cocky & hot-tempered, this Darkwood boy is fiercely protective of his family, his siblings in general but he’s once again developed favoritism for Sarina. He hates what he did to his family, besmirching the name by associating with that Potter girl in the first place. And now because of it, there’s a new desperation of him to make it up to his father. Is he evil? Well yeah you could say that… To put it simply, he does whatever he wants, whenever he wants, and however he wants to do it.
