Happy Sweet Sixteen Bella<3

It had been time for Bella’s sixteenth birthday party she was going to throw. The whole house had been decorated just for the occasion with her favorite colors blue, black and pink. Same thing with the back yard there had been the gazebo, and a tent with chairs and tables set up. The music was playing already also. She had her party catered also with all kinds of foods that everyone would, deserts, drinks, there also had been wine and alcohol for the older students who could. It was about time for a party around here just to light up everyone’s moods around the school. Only a few selected people though only had been given invitations to this event. Her closest friends that she made. She just didn’t want to invite the whole entire school. What would her parents thing if she had spoken to a mud-blood? Even thinking that word made Isabella sick to her stomach. Her parents would have killed her but thankfully she didn’t talk to any while she had been at school.

Bella sat in her room getting ready she had invited Sarina and Paige to come early to hang out before and wait for the guests to arrive. Bella wanted to look good for this occasion so her mother and her had gone shopping earlier that day and gotten her a dress. She also wanted to look hot for Mav her current boyfriend. He was so sweet to her and the best part of it was that it had been her best friends brother. She thought that was the funny thing about it. It made Sarina mad at times but Mav had been good to Bella and treated her right and that’s all that mattered. She was sitting at her vanity fixing her make-up and then got up and slipped on her dress that she had gotten and finally looked at her reflection in the mirror and grabbed her strawberry lip gloss and glided it across her lips and pucking them together.

She grabbed her wand just in case if she needed it at any point in time tonight sure something bad was bound to happen. She slipped it in the slit of her dress and made her way downstairs towards the living room waiting for the two. Tonight was going to be so much fun everyone needed it. So what a good way to get rid of stress and just have a good time for one night. An eventful night to say the least plus her parents were gone for the rest of the weekend to and her brother so she was home by herself it was going to be sweet.

Bella was turning sixteen today. Sweet sixteen, at last. Sarina smiled as she applied color to her lips – the only color on her body compared to the rest of her outfit. She fluffed her hair a bit, which was loose down her back, straight but flipped at the ends. Smiling at her reflection, knowing she looked amazing, she tried not to sigh. They were growing older. She shuddered at the thought. She hated aging and having to move into a world where everything was serious. Adult life seemed horribly boring, and she liked the age she was at now. Sixteen was a wonderful age. She wanted to party and drink and have sex at this age forever. Of course, she wouldn’t be able to do that, but it was a dream of hers. She was happy, though, to welcome Bella to the year of sixteen which, in Sarina’s most valued opinion, was always the best. She grinned in the mirror. It was time to show Bella a good time, not be sentimental. She was supposed to get there early, after all! She winked at her reflection before turning on her heel and apparating in front of Gaunt Mansion.

She was used to the style of the house and had been there once or twice before, but never thoroughly looked through it and knew she could possibly get lost in it. She had seen from the windows, the graveyard and the gardens, and had an urge to run through them, but never had had the time. Perhaps tonight, she would get that chance. She opened the door and stepped in, trying to remember her way through the manor. She looked around, confused for a minute. One of the house elves – she vaguely remembered being told that its name was Emerald – stopped and saw her. ”Ms. Darkwood, Ms. Bella is waiting for you in the living room,” it said and made a gesture in the right direction. Sarina nodded and walked down the hallway. House elves were quite useful, but just like most things, they were just things. To Sarina, beasts were enchanting and mystic, although being an animagus and actually becoming a beast would be horrid. But house elves were boring and scruffy although helpful at times. The Darkwoods had one but Sarina had never been close to the thing. It had followed all of their orders, though Gizelle had been closer to it being kind to it as she was. It was that same kindness that got her into trouble.

No, she would not think of Gizelle today. It was all about Bella. Sarina would make sure of it. She plastered a smile on her face and waltzed into the living room with a flourish. Seeing Bella, she almost ran over and hugged her tightly. ”Happy Birthday, sweety!” she said enthusiastically. ”Welcome to the Jungle! From here on out, things get a lot more fun.” She smirked at Bella, brought out her wand from nowhere and waved it. An honest to god tiara appeared in her hand. Laughing lightly, she situated the thing in Bella’s hair, glad it matched what she was wearing. ”You look beautiful, but now you’re a real Slytherin Princess.” She smiled at her new best friend, not used to caring about someone like she was now. It was odd for her. But she accepted that she did actually care. There was no denying it. But something was in the air… This night wasn’t going to go smoothly. She could feel it.

It was Bella's birthday today, her sixteenth an important mile stone in a young girls life. Since Kayla was Bella's best friend and Bella was Kayla's there was no way Kayla was going to miss this, no matter who was there. Of course there were going to be a few people there who she couldn't stand, but this was not about her. So she could ignore them for tonight at least. Stepping out of the bathroom Kayla walked over to her bed, where she had her outfit layed on it nicely. It was a black ruffled strapless figure hugging dress with red print over it. Once she was dry she pulled on the sexy number and slipped her feet into the four inch strap shoes that made her legs look longer and slender than they already where.

Happy with the outfit Kayla sat down at her vanity table and began applying her make up. It would have been easier to do it with her wand, but she felt like doing it by hand today. Kayla didn't apply her make up heavily, she wanted a more natural look, plus Kayla was no dog anyway. After what seemed like a long time, Kayla decided to do her hair using her wand. With a flick of her wand her hair twisted up leaving only her side fringe down to frame her eyes. Now she was ready to go. Grabbing Bella's present before she left, Kayla took hold of the portkey sent to them as invites. Everything went by so fast that before Kayla had time to think she was standing outside the Gaunts mansion. She had never been here before so this was going to be an experience she probably would not forget.

Kayla walked up the stone path to the house and knocked on the door. Just as soon as she had knocked, a elf answered it by the name of Emerald. "Good evening Miss Sommers come in." Greeted the elf. Kayla smiled softly to the poor creature and walked in. She glanced around, it was very quiet. Atleast at the moment it was. Then again Kayla had been asked to arrive a little while before the start time to help Bella set up. "Miss Gaunt is in the living room Miss Sommers, you may go through." Said Emerald. "Thank you Emerald." Said Kayla warmly and then walked into the living room. She saw Bella straight away, smiled and walked over to her giving her a big warm hug.

"Happy Birthday Bells." Said Kayla and then handed her her birthday present. It was then that Kayla noticed Sarina, but Kayla ignored her. She could not be bothered with her crap tonight. Kayla was here to have fun and celebrate her best friends birthday. But knowing what Sarina was like she was most likely going to start something tonight.

[Paige Lucas]

She loved the lighting in Bella's bathroom. For some reason it made her skin just glow. Paige was bent over the sink, attempting to finish up the last of her makeup before slipping into her party dress. The dark haired girl had been there for an hour helping one of her best friend's set up for her sweet sixteen. Paige remembered her's very well. Although it had been more of a social event for her parents then it was a birthday party. The Gryffindor didn't care, she had thrown a huge bash at Hogwarts in the Room of Requirement to make up for it. Perfecting her curls one last time, she took a step back to admire her handiwork. With a small smile, Paige knew she was just about ready. All she needed was the dress she had spent hours looking for a few days ago.

She needed this. She needed a big event to get her mind off of everything that had been happening. Although, at first she was a little skeptical in coming to Gaunt Manor again. Mainly, because she was worried about running into Sy. After much reassurance that he wouldn't be there, the girl gave in. She manuevered her way out of the food, drink and product filled bathroom and into Bella's bedroom. Paige took note that Bella had already headed downstairs and got her dress on quickly. Once she was all zipped up, Paige fitted her shoes and scampered into the hall. Having stayed here for a month, Paige knew pretty much where everything was. She no longer needed to ask the house elves the location of everything.

Paige got into the living room and was surprised to see Kayla standing in there. She knew that she was invited but had no idea she was showing up early. Paige smiled warmly and moved closer to the group. "Heyyy girlies." She stood next to Sarina and tilted her head to one side. "I thought you were gonna be here an hour ago..?" That was when Paige realized something. She turned to look at Kayla, then at Sarina then back. Although the look would be unnoticable to Bella or Sarina, Paige gave Kayla a silent you-gonna-be-alright-with-her-here look. If anything, the last thing anyone needed was fight. She had a feeling she would be keeping an eye on both of the girls tonight.

Whipping the remaining shaving cream from his face, Matthew ran the back of his hand against the face smiling with satisfaction. Perfect shave. Thank-you magic! Drying his face he headed out of the bathroom putting on a silk pink dress shirt buttoning it up leaving it loose slightly. It may of being Bella's sweet sixteen, so that means business casual. Right? It doesn't matter. That is Matthew's style. Either business or business casual. Plus, girls enjoyed a man in dress pants and a untucked dress shirt. Walking over to his black jacket he slide it on walking over to the present on the desk. Bella would love it. Well, hopefully. She seemed like one of those girls anyways. Walking over to the mirror he fixed the coat a bit running his fingers through his styled hair. Seeing his house elf give him his scarf Matthew nodded to the elf smiling wrapping it loosely around his neck sighing. Putting Bella's gift in his jacket pocket, Matthew headed down the stairs of the Manor. Walking out the door, Matthew walked down the stone drive way to the gate of the property. Looking around the dark area Matthew slide his hand down to his pocket looking around. Eyes. Somebody was watching him. Keeping his eyes shifting and his hand on his wand, Matthew appearted quickly to the Gaunt Manor.

Sighing he looked up at the gate pushing it open. Starting to walk up the drive way Matthew sighed enjoying the night sky. The smell of rain was lingering. Knocking on the door Matthew was greeted by a house elf. Presenting his invitation to to elf, the elf stepped aside telling them where the party was being held. Handing his jacket to the elf Matthew headed into the living room. Yup. This was definitely Bella's party. Over the top just like the girl. Looking around the room he recognized many people. Sarina: total bitch, but Matthew will act civil at the part, Kayla: local whore who everybody fucked so it was all good, Paige: sister, becoming a whore after Sy and her broke up. Well then, a whore house for a birthday party? Solid. So Matthew was the ring leader. Oh well.

Looking at Bella, Matthew walked over to her smiling poking her nose hugging her tightly. "Happy Birthday Bells." Matthew smirked looking at her. Sixteen. Such a age. It's probably the highlight of everybody's life. Remember his sweet sixteen, Matthew did nothing but smirk and chuckle to himself walking over grabbing a glass of wine sipping it. "So is this everybody for the Rainbow party." Matthew winked at the girls smirking.

The last thing that Ryan had been expecting was to get an invite to Bella Gaunt's birthday. It was nice and all but it was just a little bit shocking. He hadn't known her that long, but Ryan considered her a nice person. The fifteen year old had decided to wear a nice shirt, black pants and his robe. His wand was tucked safely away. From his time around Bella, he was thinking this would be an interesting group of people. Then again, almost everyone around Hogwarts was interesting in their own way. All Ryan could do was be him.

The boy reached out and touched the portkey that Bella had sent with the invite. A second or two later, before another thought could enter his mind, he was standing on a side walk. He he scanned up the road and then his eyes locked on a gate. Ryan walked up to it and then looked beyond slightly; that was a nice manor. A little creepy exterior, especially with the grave yard, but it was cool none the less. The wind slightly ruffled his dirty blonde hair as he pushed the gate open; it gently swung shut behind him.

Ryan's grey-blue eyes widened as he traveled upwards, along the stone path. Gods, he'd need a tour guide or a map at least, if he was going to survive this place house. It looked huge. If he ever had to go on a scavenger hunt as a party activity, he was pretty sure that he'd get lost. Ryan hopped up the steps and gave a knock. An elf opened the door. He gave it a bright smile. "Hello!" he grinned, looking at the creature. The elf told him the location and it had to have been a few seconds before Ryan was actually able to pin point the place. He seriously needed a map. The Hufflepuff was sort of directionally challenged. How he survived and memorized Hogwarts, he had no idea.

As he came into the room, he saw Paige, Sarina, Bella, Kayla and a man that he didn't know. "Hey guys," he greeted happily, giving them all a grin. "Happy Birthday, Bella," he smiled at her, extending his present to her.

Bella was happy that she had been home for the weekend of her birthday. Her parents were never home as it is they were always working and what not. They let their kids come and go as they pleased. Tonight was going to be an awesome night, she had the house to herself except with the exception of the house elves being around silver and emerald. But, they were to be helping with the food and getting the guests whatever it was that they needed. The two had been in the family for a while. Paige her one best friend had been upstairs getting ready as she waited downstairs for the other guests to get ready. Paige had stayed at her house a lot in the past she knew where everything had been already. So she just let her go until she had been ready to come down. Bella could trust Paige with her life with the amount of time she had gotten to know her.

Sarina the little devil finally had arrived when she had heard her come in. “Hey girly. I thought you were coming early?” She asked Sarina looking at her curiously giving her a hug. Oh well she didn’t have to if she didn’t want to. Paige was already there so didn’t matter. Sarina had been another one of Bella’s best friends. Bella was dating her brother after all too. Sarina and Bella had their differences but they have been getting along recently even though Sarina had almost killed Bella that one day but, they had made up with each other. “Thank you tonight is definitely going to be an eventful one I can feel it.” Bella had a smirk on her face and laughed a little at the thought. Bella saw Sarina wave her wand and a tiara appeared. It was gorgeous very Bella. “Thanks Sarina its beautiful.” Bella said as Sarina had put it in Bella’s hair. She went to go look in the mirror in the fire place looking at her hair and fixing it and teasing it in the back a little and fixing the crown. “You know I have always been the slytherin princess.” She smirked standing now.

Bella waited standing next to Sarina for anyone else to arrive. Emerald had come over and asked the girls if they wanted anything to drink. Bella asked Emerald to get her a glass of wine and brought over anything else Sarina had wanted at the time. Bella took a few sips of her glass and put it down on the coaster on the glass table next to her. She saw Kayla come in and she smiled. Kayla had been another one of her bestie’s who she was rather close with as well. Even though she knew Sarina and Kayla didn’t like each other that much but, they would have to survive each other for at least one night. “Hey Kayla you look very pretty. Loving the dress.” She said and hugged her as she arrived. “Aw you didn’t have to get me anything. I told you that.” She hugged her again. She opened the present before anyone else came in the mean time. As soon as she opened the present she smiled. They were so pretty the earrings. “Kayla you didn’t have to these are gorgeous. I think I’m going to put these in now.” Bella giggled a little taking out her Snake earrings that she had always seemed to wear. “They match my outfit perfectly now with the tiara that Sarina gotten me too. “Thanks Kayla I love them.” She handed Emerald her other earrings she had in and had her take them up to her room and the empty box.

Finally Paige had come down the stairs. “Hey Paigey.” Bella said smiling. Now it wouldn’t be that awkward between the three that had been standing there she didn’t want to start any fights tonight or break any up. She laughed softly to herself at the thought. Bella had a weird group of friends they got a long at points but, then they fought. Hey know one was ever perfect. Bella gave Paige a I don’t think you have to worry about anything yet look and she ran a hand through her own hair rubbing her neck and putting her arm down to the side. Three of her best friends finally were there so it was awesome now she just had to wait for the rest to arrive.

Bella smiled as she heard another one of her favorite people walk through the door. It was Matthew. The two were very close working with the dark forces and such. Plus they dated in the past for like a day and they had done it a lot. Now that Anabelle was gone she had stepped up and was in charge and hopefully with her brother leaving to that would help as well. Bella was so wickedly evil you just didn’t know what to expect out of her. She had her own plans in her mind. She was probably going to end up siding with Matthew and Celeste in the end anyways with that. Bella smirked and grinned as he poked her nose and hugged her, she smiled. “Matty hey I’ve missed you and thanks.” She said hugging him back and letting go. “Were you spying on me earlier while I was getting ready or something because we both seem to match with the colors?” She asked him and laughed a little shaking her head. “But you look good either way.” She smiled. Bella laughed as he mentioned the rainbow party thing. “Rainbow party in your dreams Matty.” She said hitting him slightly in the stomache. “Some of us have boyfriends.” She smirked.

As she said that she noticed Ryan come in. She smirked she thought of Sarina and thought it would be kind of fun to invite Ryan. She didn’t know how the boy would act around all of these people that Bella hung out with. Mostly all of them had been on the evil side and slytherins except for a few. “Hey Ry thanks and thanks for coming.” She said and hugged him lightly and letting go. Bella smiled as he handed her a present. “You didn’t have to get me anything either but thanks I’ll open this later with the others.” She handed it to Silver the house elf to go put on the table outside with the others that she had gotten from her parents earlier.

“Well lets all go outback and start this party shall we?” She told them and led them outside to the back. It was pretty open and big open area. The graveyard was towards the left where the woods had been you could see the dark lords grave stone in the middle but with no body there in the grave. It was quite foggy always through the cemetery. Then towards the right was the garden. Bella turned and looked towards everyone as they got outside. “Okay one rule out here only one and mention this to the others as they arrive as well. I will to.” She told her friends. She pointed towards the garden. “I warn you now if you go in the gardens they are full of creatures ones that are gentle like fairies and ones that are dangerous as doxies so beware if you adventure in there you might not come out.” Bella said with an evil laugh and grabbed her glass of wine and sipped it. “Okay so enjoy yourselves.” Bella turned on the music and it played in the back ground. Bella grabbed Paigey and Matthew both and started dancing with the two in the middle of the dance floor waiting for everyone else to come. “Oh if you guys have any ideas what we should to tell me and come dance with us.” She mentioned towards Kayla, Sarina, and Ryan.

[El Malfoy]

El was running late, as always. It was as if that girl lived in a different time zone or something... To be honest El was in two minds about going in the first place, she loved Bella like a sister, but she just felt like tonight she wasn't meant to be there. El shrugged it off, its not like her gut instincts were ever right anyway. El stood in front of her bed at her own house, her brother in the next room. Ever since their father 'went away' they spent allot of time at home with their mother. Tonight though El was just trying to find her other shoe. Standing - more truthfully hoping- in front of her bed in nothing but her bra, undies, stockings and one shoe El desperately dropped to the ground and started fishing under her bed.

"Ah Huh!" she yelled proudly climbing onto her bed in one very skinny heel, she quickly slipped the other shoe on and stood up, finally taking a look in the mirror she realized all that and she still wasn't even dressed. El opened her wardrobe looking for the dress she intended on wearing. Knowing her crowd it would be short dresses high heels a shit load of alcohol then probably most of the party goers would get lucky. So El knew exactly what she would wear, but finding it was the problem.

"Rush!" She yelled out to her house Elf, who came up quickly enough.
"Yes miss...?" the little male house elf asked looking in any directions but his mistress.
"Rush tell me where my little Grey dress it, you know the one, with the like stripy things and the ruffly gizmo..." Rush looked at her briefly confused, her hand movements trying to help describe her lost item had not reached him... "Oh please?" She sighed sitting on her bed, at this rate she'd get there and the party would be over.
"I got it!" Rush said feeling proud and running out of the room, returning momentarily holding up her dress. El quickly took it smiling and smelled it... it didn't smell to bad...
"Thanks... now out" she said playfully, El wasn't to terrible to her elves, not really bad at all...

After the Elf left it was smooth sailings from there on, she slipped on the dress added some jewelery, her hair and makeup had already been done for the day and it only now looked a little bit ratty but El always embraced that look... Bolting downstairs and out the door Rush came racing to wards her holding a bag and jacket. El quickly turned around and grabbed them. How she'd almost forgotten Bella's birthday present was a mystery to her. The jacket she could have lived without.

El hadn't got Bella anything elaborate, she had the money but then so did Bella, anything she could have gotten her someone else probably did or she got herself, she probably had tons of jewelry and music, El thought of Band tickets or Quidditch but really... there was nothing decent on in the wizarding world. So instead El was intending on giving her a book. Not just any book. It was an old diary from a great wizard, inside the diary was tons of amazing new spells no one had heard of and potions to do things non other could do. El had found the book in her great grandfathers library... Malfoy's were always so proud of their magical abilities.

Finally El took out the portkey and held it tight, disappearing from the wizarding neighborhood and appearing in front of Bella's house. Even though El would say she was close to Bella she had never been to her house so this would be fun... she hoped.

"Hallo... Elf" El paused not being able to remember its name... "here is my invite" she mumbled walking into the house, it was beautiful but of course the Gaunts would have a nice house. Walking through the hallway being led by an elf El reached the back door were she could hear voices, before entering she listened closely, she could hear Bella, Paige, sounded like Kayla, there was Sarina *great* and Matthew... there was another male voice but El couldn't pick it.

El walked out into the party and put on a big smile, she wondered if anyone would know it was fake.

"Bella!" she said running to wards her arms open pulling the girl into a massive hug, "Happy birthday, your 16 yay!" she said grinning "Here, I'm not to sure if its really your thing but if not then just sell it or something" El handed Bella the bag with the book in it and turned to everyone else, who was that new boy... El didn't realize how vulnerable this thing with Paige had left her, she was doubting everything... one thing she was sure off though only two people in that room liked her... and that scared the hell out of her.

The people were really piling up. It was definitely going to be interesting. She smirked as Kayla ignored her. Deliberately, she waved. ”Hey there, Kayla.” She smirked mischievously. Okay, maybe she shouldn’t be baiting her, but wasn’t this being friendly? She would try to be nice. But as always, no promises. Kayla and her didn’t get along in the first place. She should really give an attempt to be good but she was too excited at parties. She liked the rush of things and was more likely to get in a fight, end up in the bathroom with a boy or something of that nature. Well, they’d see wouldn’t they?

Both Paige and Bella questioned her on why she hadn’t been there earlier. She sighed and stuck her tongue out. ”Maverick,” was her explanation. ”He said he wanted to look good and apparently that’s impossible without my help.” She rolled her eyes. ”But rest assured, he’ll be here a little later and looking better than ever thanks to me.” Sarina winked. That boy could never do anything right unless it had to do with fighting or other things that Sarina was sick to think about as he was her brother. Bella was correct when she said that it would be an eventful night. Sarina wouldn’t let it go without being eventful. She smiled at Bella. ”Well, now you’re the official Slytherin Princess.” She leaned in to whisper in Bella’s ear. ”I’ll give you your present later.” Sarina wasn’t used to giving presents but she had enchanted this one to be special. She’d explain later. She winked at Bella and then continued to people watch.

Sarina watched Matthew come in with his usual glass of wine, not even bothering to comment on his appearance. She didn’t know what exactly it was, but Matthew was annoying… unless they were in a shower of course. She glanced at him, smirking at the random memory and then moved her eyes to the next guest – Ryan. Sarina was kind of surprised that he had been invited, not being one of Bella’s usual crowd. However, she gave him a smile. She would have that boy yet. ”Hey there, Ryan.” Ryan had been a kind of goal for her. She was aiming to make him fall for her, or at least get him in bed. So many boys had done so but Ryan was so – she gagged at the thought – pure. No matter. She would have him yet.

El was the last one yet to arrive. Sarina had recently gotten along with the girl, so maybe they would be okay tonight. Kayla and Matthew though… That was going to be tricky. She didn’t know how any of this would end up. She wondered where some invitees were. She knew that JT must be coming now that Paige and him were an – again gagging at the thought – item. Yet he wasn’t here yet and she assumed that he might meet her brother somewhere who still wasn’t here. She was slightly annoyed. If she had done all that work on his outfit and he didn’t show up… But Mav wouldn’t do that because that would break Bella’s heart, wouldn’t it? She was still a bit miffed over the relationship but decided to let it go for one night. For the moment, it was a party.

She listened to Bella’s warning and looked at the gardens with a spark in her eye. She wanted to go in there. Her eyes shifted between the party and the gardens. Later, she decided. For the moment, enjoy the party. She definitely had an idea. She went over to the little group in the middle. Dancing lightly, she leaned over to Bella and said as quietly as she could while still being heard over the music, “Spin the bottle.” An old fashioned muggle game but very interesting at a party, especially with drunken guests. “Not now, but later,” she added, wanting everyone to be there.

[Kayla Sommers]

It wasn't long after Kayla arrived that more people started arriving. Which was good. It was always a drag when people arrived slowly, but Kayla knew that Bella knew how to through a good party, plus she was popular so who wouldn't turn up. Kayla smiled as bella told her she looked pretty. "Aww thanks hun, but you look gorgous."Again, she smiled after hearing Bella loved the present, which she was relieved about. Kayla did think she would like them but since her make over, she looked like she was going more rocker than anything. But it suited her well. "I couldn't very well turn up on your birthday and not give you a pressie could I? Your my best friend." Said Kayla giving her a friendly peck on the cheek.

As Kayla went to get a drink, she heard Sarina say hello to her, which in all honesty shocked her. As far as she was aware, Sarina hated Kayla and Kayla hated her. Maybe Sarina had decided to be civil to Kayla since it was Bella's birthday, and ofcourse Kayla was not going to cause a scene on her best friends birthday. So Kayla gave her a friendly smile and said "Hi Sarina." Kayla got herself a drink and began sipping it. The next people to arrive were Paige, Matthew, Ryan and El. Kayla knew Paige and Matthew, rather well. She had met Ryan once or twice but he came across too childish for Kayla to class him as a friend, but she though he was sweet so he was ok in small amounts, and El, well Kayla had never met her before. Maybe there was going to be a few more people Kayla did not know. Which was cool. A party was a good place to make new friends.

Anyway, Kayla walked over to Matthew, she wanted to talk to someone who she knew quite well. "You alright Matt?" Asked Kayla in a friendly tone. She was also curious as to who else he was dating. She knew he was no longer with Candi as, well he had apparently forgotten about her as he mentioned another girls name when they were talking a few days ago. To be honest, Kayla did think that something was going on between Annabelle, but Matthew just kept denying it. Maybe she should get him drunk and maybe the truth would come out. A smirk spread across her face as she waited for Matthew to answer her question.

Sipping his wine, Matthew saw a Hufflepuff boy walk into the room. Ryland? Rayman? Ryan? Either one it started with a 'R'. That was really about it. Maybe Matthew will get to know him more at the party. Hopefully if everything runs smoothly that is. It was Bella's special day and it only happens once. So hopefully nobody would ruin it. With that thought he shoot a look at Sarina.

Total and complete bitch. Good in the sake though. Still. Being a bitch totally trumped everything else. The two had never gotten a long at all. And for good too. Every time the two would be around each other they would always end up fighting. And few times they actually ended up having a straight out duel. She was quiet the fighter Mathew would have to agree. Gave him a bit of a challenge. Which usually just fueled Matthew even more. If there was a challenge Matthew wanted to beat the challenge and give everything he had. Hopefully tonight the girl could remain civil for the night of Bella's day. Hopefully.

When Bella had dragged him outside he smiled looking around the illumed garden. It didn't seem as dead as it did last time he was over. It seemed more lively. Which was really nice. Hearing the thing about the graveyard and such Matthew raised his eyebrow and looked at Sarina with a smirk keeping his comment to himself. Noticing the Dark Lords headstone, Matthew raised a eyebrow. So after he was killed at Hogwarts they laid him to rest in the family graveyard. Super. It didn't really matter either.

Dancing with Bella, Matthew smiled grinding with her laughing. He was having a good time. He wished Anabelle was there, but he wasn't going to let that ruin his fun at Bella's party. After all it was a party and Matthew did enjoy parties. Kissing Bella on the cheek, "That is enough for me for the moment." He smiled laughing stepping to the side looking at the beautiful girl smiling. Taking a sip of his wine, Matthew head the sound of Kayla. Oh Kayla. Best beneficial girl he had ever met. Smiling he kissed her cheek lightly. "Of course I'm fine dear. I'm always fine." He smiled with a bit of a smirk he answered in his thick Italian accent. Kayla was quiet the snoop to be frank. But who really cares. Matthew would never tell anyways.

Mikayla knew she was running very late for Bella’s sweet sixteen. This was going to be the first public appearance she had made since randomly disappearing for a few weeks without really telling anyone. She hoped Bella and Sarina wouldn’t be mad at her but being her best friends, she figured it would just blow over.

Looking through her closet, nothing seemed to be right for the occasion; everything seemed either too formal or too casual. Finally, after countless minutes of searching and the mountain of tried on clothes behind her reaching staggering heights, she settled on the perfect outfit. Looking in the mirror one last time, she touched up her makeup and put on a fresh coat of lip gloss and headed out the door.

Once outside, she apparated over to the Gaunt House, walking up the stone walkway over to the door. From the look and sound of things, she was pretty late as there were already quite a few people there. She knocked on the door and was greeted by a house elf she vaguely remembered was named Emerald. After an awkward greeting with the first house elf she had ever spoken to nicely, she was let into the other room, in which the party was already in full swing.

Seeing Bella, she ran over to her and gave her a hug. [green] Happy Birthday Hun![/green] She said smiling. Mikayla then spotted Sarina and pulled her into a hug. [green] Miss me? [/green] She laughed, not knowing whether the two of them were mad at her or not.
