You CAN Sell your house. BUT that means you lose the board. And you only get HALF of what you paid for it back. If that means you still owe on a loan for it, then you still owe on a loan for it as well.

If someone wants to BUY your house, they will pay the amount of that house is worth, plus an extra 20% profit for yourself.

After you have bought something, make sure to add it to your bank account so it's noted as your mortgage property.
