Just returned and breaking the rules already(Open)

So sneaking out after hours was pretty easy. For a moment there Kayla thought she would run into a professor or at least a prefect. Once Kayla was out of site from Hogwarts she slowed down from a run and breathed a sigh of relief as well as a quiet laugh. Kayla shifted her loosely curled hair so it laid perfectly again and straightened out her red jumper that hugged her body just right and showed off her mid drift so that her belly bar was on show. Kayla got her wand out. In the woods it was pitch black. "Lumos" Whispered Kayla and gave her wand a flick. Instantly her wand illuminated and she could once again see where she was going.

"Hmm, now where was the station for the knight bus again?" Said Kayla to herself. She knew it was near where the Hogwarts train stopped but she wasn't a hundred percent sure where. She really should have planned this better. Shrugging slightly, Kayla began walking again. Kayla knew the woods pretty well so hopefully she wouldn't get too lost. Climbing over a fallen tree trunk Kayla stopped. She was a little out of breath and had no idea where to go. For a brief moment Kayla thought about going back, but a light in the distance caught her eye. It was either the station for the train or another student, either way it was good news. Kayla headed towards the light and brushed a low branch out of the way.

Finally she had made it out of the woods and to the Hogwarts Express Station. Not exactly where she wanted to go but she knew where to catch the knight bus. Turning left Kayla walked a few more meters down the road and stopped. A small wooden post with a picture of the knight bus was on it. Kayla tapped the post with her wand and out of nowhere the triple decker bus appeared. "Where to luv?" Asked the bus instructor. "Umm to a decent pub." Replied Kayla and got on the bus.

[Adonia Theodosia]

Adonia was in the middle of a study group when a letter came from the Potions professor, requesting her to come this instant. Wondering what it was, Adonia packed up her things, said goodbye to the kids in the study group and made her way from the Library to the Dungeons, the potions classroom.

Knocking on the door, Adonia entered. There was a class in session. Giving a small smile to the students, the professor called his class to make a Potion and waved his hand to Adonia to come closer. Walking by, Adonia could smell a rotting smell… the Draught of the Living Dead was what they were making. Watching some of them, Adonia knew that one was cutting his rat hearts too big, which could make the potion less effective and also could come out a weird color. Another one was adding the wrong ingredients in… which caused a green smoke to come out of the cauldron, You would think after seven years of Potions, someone would learn to read the ingredients correctly. Adonia thought to herself.

As she went to the professor’s desk, he had told her that there was a student who was ditching his class all the time and he had a feeling that he was at his house… maybe… so he wanted Adonia to go find him since she was a Prefect. Adonia telling him that she will look for him, he nodded, gave her directions and set her on her way.

Making her way down to the gate in front of Hogwarts, Adonia thought it would be better to take the Knight Bus. Apparation was out of the question since she hated it, and to fly… that was a little too risky. [pink]”Lumos.[/pink] Lighting up her wand, Adonia knew the station down by the Hogwarts Express station. Walking down, she had seen the bus. Sprinting, Adonia made it just in time. Walking on, she had seen a girl, her name was Kayla, Adonia’s friend. Getting on, she heard the driver say, [orange]”Where to luv?”[/orange] Looking back at him, [pink]”Downtown London, please.”[/pink]

Making her way to Kayla, Adonia took off her black jacket and her Ravenclaw scarf, showing her wearing her favorite blue turtle-neck sweater, which hugged her body. She had on dark blue jeans with her black snow boots on, pants tucked into them. Letting her curls fall around her shoulders, [pink]”Hey, Kayla. What are you doing here? Arent you suppose to be in class?”[/pink]

Kayla walked to the back of the bus and sat down. The doors were about to close when they suddenly opened and Adonia stepped on. Kayla was about to wave, but if she was sent to find Kayla and bring her back then maybe she shouldn't say hello. However Adonia saw her and sat next to. Kayla gave her a friendly smile and moved over a little, giving Adonia more room. "It's only potions." Said Kayla with a slight shrug. Kayla was rubbish at potions. No matter how hard she tried she could never get it right. So she stopped trying.

"So have you been sent to wrangle me back to school?" Asked Kayla giving her friend a playful nudge. It wouldn't be the first time she would have got detention. She had had plenty before. Kayla just wished she didn't get caught so much, but oh well. "All I wanted to do was head into town and get a few bits for Midnight." Continued Kayla, although that was a lie. Midnight was Kayla's blue persian cat. Midnight seemed to go everywhere with Kayla. Well on School grounds that was.

Kayla was suppose to be in Potions class? Hm, but the professor asked for her to find a boy… not Kayla. Weird, maybe the teacher didn’t notice that Kayla was missing too. Scratching her arm and re-shifting her jacket on her lap, [pink]”Potions is really easy but it is a good thing that you can sit in class and listen and do a good job.”[/pink] Adonia never really told anyone that they should take the class, but Potions was important cause potions to come handy in everyday life and also some health remedies.

Smiling, Adonia shook her head, [pink]”Actually, no. I came to look for a boy at his house. The Potions professor asked me to look for him cause he has been missing a lot of classes. But I don’t know why he didn’t notice that you are missing also.”[/pink] Adonia shrugged her shoulders. She had no idea where to look for the kid, even though she has to look at his house. She wasn’t going to be a dog and search for him, if he wasn’t at his house, then she would have to go back to school or even hang out with Kayla for a bit.

Smiling, Adonia knows about her cat, Midnight. Such a beautiful cat, Adonia wished she had a cat, but she loved her barn owl Archimedes right when she saw him. Such a great owl too, he was like her best friend. Shaking her head, [pink]”No problem. I wont say anything. I promise.”[/pink] Adonia zipped her lip and pretended to throw away the key. She would have mind if someone left school to get something for their cat. Animals were really important.

Kayla relaxed in her seat and fiddled with a strand of hair as she listened to Adonia speak. Adonia was a prefect and it was surprising that her and Kayla were as good of friends as they are now. Simply because Kayla is a rebel and Adonia is a good girl. But Kayla would not change her for the world. "I guess so, but you know me. I get distracted easily." Joked Kayla, meaning she liked to look at cute boys. Well what straight girl wouldn't.

Kayla nodded in approval of the boy Adonia was talking about. "Sounds like my kinda guy." Again Kayla joked. She gave a slight laugh and then began to think of who the boy could be. She had probably seen him before and he was most likely a Slytherin as they were mainly the type of students who skipped classes, but then again she could be wrong. The bus came to a sudden halt. The bus conductor looked to the girls and motioned to them that this was their stop. "Looks like this is us." Said Kayla standing up and moving down the bus. As she got off she said "Thanks." To the bus conductor and then waited for Adonia to get off of the bus aswell.

Midnight, had been Kayla's cat for seven years and he didn't even look a day older than the day she got him. Although he was sleeping more than usual, but he was getting old. Poor thing. Although he could still be a lively cat, which she loved about him. Kayla smiled to Adonia when she said she wouldn't grass her up for skipping class, again. "Thanks Adonia. So where does this kid live then?" Asked Kayla looking to Adonia.

Adonia smiled to Kayla. She did seem to miss a lot of classes too and Adonia knew that she should give Kayla detention and also take off a few House points, but Kayla was her friend and also Ravenclaw was in last place for the House Cup. So she just shook off the whole thing and made her focus on looking for his boy.

Laughing when Kayla said it was her kind of guy. [pink]”Hoping he would be with you so I didn’t have to look so far. But darn, he wasn’t.”[/pink] Adonia said snapping her fingers with the swing of her arm. She was joking cause Adonia didn’t know if Kayla did know the boy. Feeling the bus come to a stop and hearing the driver say they were there, Adonia got up and followed Kayla out, [pink]”Thank you.”[/pink] Giving the driver a friendly smile and walked off the bus, meeting Kayla out front.

Looking around, there was a lot of buildings. Shops, apartments and also houses. Adonia didn’t know where to start. [pink]”Um…”[/pink] Adonia answered when Kayla asked where the kid lived. Putting her hand into her jacket pocket, she pulled out a note with the address. [pink]”He lives on Hammertown Road.”[/pink] Turning around, she looked, then looked to the left, then looked back at Kayla. [pink]”Do you know where that is?”[/pink] Adonia asked shyly. Yes, Adonia should know where everything is around here, but she only been living here for six years and didn’t know where everything was just yet. Never really went out when she was home.

Kayla really should start going to classes more often. Otherwise she would end up getting kicked out of school and literally have nowhere to go. Because of her brothers hatred towards her she no longer sees her family. To be told that your worth less than the crap on someones shoe by someone who is supposed to love you no matter what happens, she could not be around her family. More to the point Kayla couldn't understand why her parents did not notice the hate her brother had for Kayla. Another reason why she couldn't bare to go home.

The Ravenclaw shrugged as Adonia told her she hoped the boy would be with her. "Me to." She laughed. Kayla was known to flirt with a lot of boys. She also tended to have a lot more boy friends than actual girl friends. Kayla just found boys more fun, they were less bitchy and more laid back. But Kayla did like a few girls. Adonia being one of them. Once they were off of the bus they began to slowly walk. Kayla had no idea where they were going, so she waited for Adonia to tell her the address of the boy.

"Hammerton Road." Kayla bit her lip as she thought. The road definitely sounded familiar, but she was not sure where the road was. "It sounds familiar. Hang on." Said Kayla and walked over to a man that was waiting at a muggle bus stop. "Excuse me do you know where Hammerton Road is?" Kayla asked in a friendly tone. The man looked up at her and gave her instructions to where the road was. Kayla smiled and thanked him before making her way back to Adonia. "Ok, he said we walk down the end of this road and turn left. That's Hammerton." Said Kayla pointing the direction the man told her.
