[yellow] Crash The sound of a plate hitting the wall. [red]"Well you know what?! Maybe I like being gay! I'm sorry I didn't turn out right like my older brother, or in the same God damn house! But at least I'm alive! You good for nothing bitch!"[/red] Joshua shouted at his mother. Seeing the expression on his mother's face, Joshua slowly started tearing up not fully meaning what he said. [blue]"You wait till your father comes home!"[/blue] His mother shouted from the foot of the stairs threatening him. Joshua sat on his bed sobbing. [blue]Oh God, dad. Once he finds out it's a royal beating.[/blue] His mind racing a million a minute. Getting on his knee's Joshua pulled out his Hogwarts trunk from under his bed. He'd walk all the way to King Cross to catch the train back to school. Running to his closet, Joshua grabbed as many of his school uniforms and tossed them into the trunk and his things. Closing the suite case, Joshua put on his coat before hearing the soft sound of the front door close. [red]"Oh... crap..."[/red] Joshua muttered to himself stepping away from his bedroom door slowly staring at it, waiting for his father. Crying, he heard the foot steps getting closer and closer. [black]"Joshua, you do not call your mother a bitch."[/black] His father said pushing the door open staring at him with a serious look. Before Joshua could answer, his father towered him. [black]" Do yo understand me!'[/black] He shouted. Instantly, Joshua started crying fearing his fathers wrath. Before he could move back, Joshua felt his fathers mighty hand hit him across the face. Screaming in pain, Joshua fell to the floor rubbing his heated cheek. Looking up, Joshua cried trying not to hyperventilate. [black]"I swear boy, the next time this happens you're getting far more then a punch. Fag."[/black] His father threatened slamming his door shut.
Sobbing, Joshua curled up into a ball crying. He was use to the abuse in the house hold, but this time it seemed so much more worse. Getting up, Joshua wiped his tears laying on his bed falling asleep. Waking up several hours later, Joshua turned on the light looking at the cloak. One a.m. Getting up he zipped up his sweater looking at the fully devolved bruise on his cheek. Tearing up a bit, Joshua picked up his suite case and slowly tipped toed down the hallway and down the stairs. Making it to the door, Joshua saw the family picture. Tearing up he shook his head punching it, holding back the scream of pain. Pulling out the big pieces of glass, Joshua snuck out of the house...forever.
Walking down the cold street, Joshua sobbed feeling the warm trickle of blood down his hand. Walking to a near by bus stop. Josh sat down crying. Wiping his tears into his jacket sleeve, Joshua cried. It was a horrible night. He just wanted it all to end. Shivering a little bit he sighed slowly calming down. Closing his eyes, he heard the sound of a horn slowly getting louder. Trying to avoid it, it got louder and louder. Soon headlights were appearing. Standing up, Joshua walked out of the bus shelter seeing the purple thing blur, and then stop right in front of him. [red]"What the...?"[red] Josh muttered to himself looking at the man at the end of the bus. [green]"Knight bus at your service mate. The knight bus is for stranded wizards or witches in need. And you my dear lad are stranded.[/green] The man said getting off the bus and grabbed Josh's suitcase putting it on the bus. Getting on Joshua was a little confused. [green]"Where to mate?[/green] He asked giving Joshua a ticket. [red]"Er... Leaky Cauldron."[/red] Sitting down, Joshua sighed feeling the quick rush of the bus. Getting up trying to move, Joshua sat down on a bed at the far back sobbing quietly trying not to distract anybody else that was on the bus if possible.[/yellow]
