-Personality-She is shy, and quiet when she meets someone new, but when they get to know her more or she gets to know them, she is energetic, happy, excited.

Penny moved from place to place, which caused alot of fighting between her mother and father. She attended various schools ranging from California Schools, to Georgia Schools, finally stopping with London Schools before going to Hogwarts. She made few friends, but when she did, she made sure to keep in touch with them. When her mother and father got a divorce her brother went with her father to the army, and she stayed with her mother. Her mother had told her that she would be soon getting a letter to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Penny was excited but asked if she would be able to stay there fully this time. Her mother assured her that she would.

Penny woke up the morning of her 11th birthday excited that she was another year older. Her mother called her down for a nice breakfast of blueberry waffles and orange juice. Penny told her mom what she wanted to do today, and her mother laughed and smiled and said "Of Course, it is your special day after all." Penny was excited and thought to herself Wonder what she got me for my birthday. As she thought to herself a screech was heard from outside. Her mother opened up the window to look outside and an owl flew into the kitchen. Penny looked up quickly and jumped back out of her chair. "Don't worry Penny, it's only an owl." Her mother said, as she was used to this happening from when she was a child. Her mother took the letter from the owl and held it out to penny "It's for you." She said. Penny looked confused and opened up the letter and read it out loud to her mother. As she finished she was even more excited than before. "Am I really going to Hogwarts?!" Penny said. Her mother laughed and nodded, "Yes you are hun."
Over the next week her mother had told her all about Hogwarts when she was a child. Penny was excited to go so she could be just like her mom. On Friday May 6th, her mother had taken her to Diagon Alley. Penny was surprised when they arrived and looked around in awe running from shop window to shop window looking at all of the things they could buy. They had first went to Gringotts Bank and had withdrawn 500 Galleons to buy her supplies. Her mother looked over the list checking off each item as they got it. The last thing they got was her Wand. A phoenix feather core, 10 inches, made of elm. She was excited about the wand, but her mother took it and said she would get it before she left for Hogwarts.
