-Personality-
Boggart: He sees his mean Pureblood father by whom he was chased out of the house and onto the street when a magical accident occurred.
Mirror of Erised: He sees his mother who died giving birth to him and whose death is the reason Han's father is so bitter now.
Patronus: Deer (doe) ((A Patronus Charm is an insubstantial animal form protector created by the advanced Patronus Charm spell, and one way to defend against Dementors and certain other Dark creatures. "Expecto Patronum"))
Temperament/Allegiance: He is of mild yet constantly wary temperament andis quick to anger/Han Alister is aligned with the good.
Likes/Dislikes: Han likes learning about magic and new spells, inventing spells, playing minor pranks, playing Quidditch, hanging out with friends, meeting new friends, girls, and adventure. He also likes playing wizard chess with his wizard friends sometimes. He strongly dislikes swimming (boats are alright as long as he doesn't pay attention to the water), fire, being in crowded or dark places, and bullies.
Strong Points/Weaknesses: Han Alister's strengths include Charmcasting, Defense Against the Dark Arts,Quidditch ((I have to fill out an application for this after or how soon?)), and his street smarts which he has always kept since he was a young boy when his father kicked him out of the house and he basically ran away. He does have some weaknesses however: he cannot swim, thus he has a natural fear of deep water. He also fears and panics around too much open flame from a time when one of his street hideouts was burnt to the ground by London police in an attempt to flush his old gang out on the streets and Han was the only one who made it out of the flames alive.
Whims/Habits: Han has a whim, which isn't so whimsical as it is noble, to make a name for himself as a good person. He got his letter from Hogwarts and decided he wanted to uphold his family's pureblood status which his father was ruining by becoming a nasty drunk. Han is a practiced liar from his time on the streets, but when he gets nervous he tends to put a hand on the hilt of the dagger he always carries with him no matter what. He also tends to furtively look into the darkest corners of a room as if he expects an enemy to suddenly fly out and shoot a curse at him.
Detailed Personality : Han is an adventurer and a learner. He likes learning things from experience and not making those same mistakes again. He likes meeting new people, yet he is always wary of other people's motives. Somehow, this wariness never seems to register with people, but only his personal charm. He is the kind of guy you'd either love or hate, yet most of the girls love him and MOST of the guys would envy him.
Character's Family : Han is an only child since his mother, Katarina Elizabeth Alister, died in childbirth. His only family is his drunk wizard father,Alger W. Alister, and a wizard uncle, Lucius, who works teaching an English class for goblins working at Gringotts who Han has never even met in his life ((the uncle nor the goblins)).

-Character History-
Han Alister as you already know is the only child to a pureblood line of Alisters almost going back to The Battle so 67 years past though no one knows for sure. He is the sole heir to this bloodline as his late wizard mother and drunk wizard father did not have any other children before Han. Henry Alister has always been a very curious boy. He craves knowledge of all kinds. When he learned his mother had died giving birth to him, naturally, his curiosity made him want to discover who this person was that would do such a thing for him.
Henry's childhood in his home was almost harder than it was outside of it. His father had gone insane with the death of Han's mother, Katarina Elizabeth Alister. A bit about Katarina Elizabeth Alister: she was a kind and gentle woman with great dignity. She was an exceptionally beautiful daughter of a rich London shop owner. This shop owner, Tom Widdle (along with his witch wife disguised as a housewife, Myrtle Widdle) who was a wizard in disguise who like his father before him was a wizard in disguise as a Muggle merchant, he did not want to give his daughter up to Han's father, Alger Waterlow Alister who at the time was a son of a lowly yet proud and kindred witch-in-disguise Margaret Josephine Alister, a brewer's wife who was the wife to the late Stephen Alister who would technically be Han's other grandpa. ((Both his sets of grandparents now being Pureblood )). Tom Widdle thought Alger too proud for his low station in society, yet love does wondrous things for those in love. Tom Widdle eventually gave his blessing for Katarina to wed Alger. Yet when Katarina died in childbirth Mr. Widdle cut off Alger and cursed him as "the lowliest dung to live on the land." As for Han's father, he had gone mad with grief and turned to the strongest spirits to make him forget. Every time Han ever even mentioned his mother he would get a beating. So it was for about the first 7 years of Han's life until his first magical accident occurred.
On Han's seventh birthday, Han was sitting in their dirty living room holding a magical photo of his mother waving from a swing set at some long-forgotten park, when Han's father stormed into the house carrying two bottles of whiskey in his massive hands. He was obviously drunk and Han knew it. he made a bolt for his room, but before he got there, his dad dropped the whiskey bottles, and picked his son up by the ankle, for Han's father was of a big burly stature not at all like his son. "YOU LISTEN TO ME BOY?" he had slurred. "I DON'T WANT TO HEAR ANY OF THIS ABOUT YOUR MOTHER YE HEAR???" Han had nodded to this, the blood rushing to his face from either one of two causes, gravity or embarrassment. His father continued, "BOY! LISTEN TO ME! I GOT CONTACT'D BY D'EM WIZARD GOV'MENT TODAY! THEY DON' 'PROVE OF MY TEACHIN' MUGGLES A LESSON AND I'SA GOING TO AZKABAN! Now since ye can't live in this fine place when I'sa gone...OUT WITH YE!! HEHEHE!" And he tossed his son out the door with one arm.
The magical accident occurred here when in throwing Han, Mr. Alister's arm grew longer and longer as Han flew farther through the air toward the still-open door. There was a RIIIPPP!! sound that made Han's hair stand on end and next thing Han knew, he was lying facedown in the grass breathing heavily and sore, with his father lying doubled over screaming in agony, clutching his wounded arm, and bellowing curses to all who came near ((curses like insults not curses like spells)).
Han saw this as his chance and made a run for it. Since the London Muggle police had him on file as a runaway, Han took to the streets. He soon fit in with one of the street gangs and became a streetlord of a little gang named the Comebackers. His rival streetlord, Mick, harassed the Comebackers for years and even beat Hanson up a time or two, but not without retaliation from Han and his gang. All throughout this time, for three years Han aged and grew older both physically and emotionally. He had trouble leaving the Life when he was doing so well at hiding his true identity as a wizard. Whenever he had a small magical outburst, his fellow gang members passed it off as a streetlord's luck and his name became legendary on the streets.
When he was 11, Han was using a streetside privy when all of a sudden, a letter falls down through a small hole in the lean-to roof. Han opens it and finds his letter to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Soon after, Han leaves his gang and seeks out his drunk of a father. Han's father has sobered up now a bit, though his arm mysteriously did not grow back. Han's dad reluctantly agrees to send Han to school with a brusque "Oh alright. Go on, get outta my sight." His dad went out and bought an owl, sent a letter to the Ministry and they sent out an Auror to take Han to Diagon Alley to get his books. When there, Han found out that his mother had left him her account at Gringotts. He also , in addition to his spellbooks, bought a snowy owl and named him Owl, of all things. He also bought a 12 inch long, maple and phoenix feather wand. In his first couple of days at Hogwarts, Hanson Alister a.k.a Han has excelled in Charmcasting, Transfigurations, and is signing up for his House Quidditch team very soon.

Sample RP: Kailana smiled thinly. Her days as an Empire assassin had taught her about all forms of highly advanced magic and how to stop it. She knew this spell, and it was as easy as pie to stop.
She walked calmly and coolly towards the sand men with palm outstretched chanting in the Ancient Language out loud. As soon as her palm touched the first sandman he dissolved.
This process was repeated several more times as Kailana continued chanting and touching each of the spellbound, magical creations in turn, sending them back to the dust from where they originated.
When she was finished, she shook a little from the tiniest bit of fatigue that touched her.
Wow, I haven't done that complex a spell in a while
, thought Kailana ruefully.
She stood up a little straighter, quickly surveyed the now-empty plain and then turned to Aeoulus. "Yes, I think it is time for us to go on now. However," she held aloft her index finger,"I think it would be wise for us two--" she pointed at Masika and herself "--to accompany you on your travels for a little while. You seem to be an able warrior, but I think fate seems to have an interest in you all of a sudden."
She eyed him carefully as she stepped around the stone toward a dirt pathway that ran next to a high outcropping of rock. She turned back to them,"Well? Aren't you..." But her last words were drowned out by a vicious, savage roar as a club whistled into the back of her head, and a whole group of 10 Urgals came bounding around the corner of the rock, stepping over and kicking the unconcious women's body, and sprinting at full speed towards Aeoulus and Masika.
Kailana was barely aware of her mind let alone her body. She seemed to be having a dream. Or at least she thought it was a dream, anyways. She saw her husband Rejag, talking to a pair of Urgal rams with huge HUGE horns. He sent them away with a wave of his hand, and then smiling wickedly, eh turned toward her. "You shall not escape your punishment, my former wife." Then he laughed. A cold-blooded, icy laugh that all of a sudden brought Kailana awake with a jolt.
All she could do was lie there. Her hearing hadn't yet returned from the loud roar but she knew it would come in time. Her leg was broken from where the Urgals had kicked her, so she couldn't move up or sideways. She could just barely turn her head painfully, with a little wincing, and saw to her horror, all the 10 Kull Urgals rushing straight towards Aeoulus and Masika...!
