Time to break the ice (Artemis)

[Isabella Gaunt]

Artemis was visiting Isabella for the weekend she was super excited. She had been getting ready in her room curling her hair. He was supposed to come over about six in the evening. Emerald and Silver her house elves were getting dinner ready and they were bound to have a fine evening and getting to know a bit more from the last party he had. She smiled in the mirror as she was trying to finish one of the last curls. She heard a loud noise coming from the other room and it sounded like emerald or one of them had dropped something she accidently dropped her curling iron onto her leg. “Damn it.” She hissed. She should have just used her wand to curl it instead. She sighed and it burnt pretty badly. She had gotten up to the bathroom and gotten a cold rag and put it on where she had dropped the curling iron. Isabella took her wand and finished getting dressed and her hair done and make up with that instead. She walked over to her bed and laid there for a moment putting the rag back on. She heard the door bell and it was probably Artemis. She knew better that the house elves would be friendly and open up the door for him since they knew he had been coming.

Emerald hurried up and went to go open up the door for the boy. Emerald was the girl house elf who had attended to Isabella ever since she had been little. She opened up the door and greeted the boy. ”Good evening Master Regimus. Mistress Bella is upstairs finishing getting ready. She said she shall be down in a moment. May I get you anything while you wait? Let me take your things for you and you could wait over in the living room.” Emerald said politely.

Isabella had heard Artemis come in she smiled and jumped out of her bed putting the rag down and turning her curling iron off. “Stupid thing.” She rolled her eyes. She looked at the mirror and took one last look at her reflection and put on some strawberry lip gloss and patted her lips together. She walked out of her room and walked past Sy’s seeing if he even had stopped at home or if anything was out of place and sighed closing his door. She ran down the stairs and didn’t want to keep him waiting any longer. ”Sorry for the wait.” She said and smiled at him.

[Artemis Regimus]

Artemis had been getting ready to head to Isabellas home, for a more formal 'Date'. He had put on the best dress clothes that he had. He had a white button down shirt, with a black leather jacket over it. He had on his finest black dress pants as well as his usual dress boots on. He looked in his mirror and smirked. his hair was somewhat combed back, but he kept it out of the way of his eyes just for Isabella. He put on his watch, as well as his golden necklace that his father had given to him. He only wore it on special occasions, and this was one of those occasions. He put his want within his jacket, and brushed off a bit of dust from the shoulders. His jacket may have been leather, but it was still nice, and it looked brand new.

He told Zeak he wouldn't be back till late, and to help himself to what ever he and the other house elves wished. He left his house and as he walked he apparated about a block away from her house. He wasn't fully used to Apparating yet, as he had only started paying attention towards the end of last year, but he was able to get close to where he wished. He walked down the road and looked up at the Manor. He examined the outside of it, and saw a small glimpse of the graveyard in the back. What caught his eye, was the large grave stone in the far back. He wondered whose that could of been. He made his way up to the front door and took a deep breath, before ringing the door bell. He waited a moment just standing there, before a little house elf opened the door. ”Good evening Master Regimus. Mistress Bella is upstairs finishing getting ready. She said she shall be down in a moment. May I get you anything while you wait? Let me take your things for you and you could wait over in the living room.” Artemis smiled at the elves hospitality and gave the elf his coat. He had his white shirt tucked in neatly. He looked around the inside of the house while he was led to the living room. He admired the fire place inside, and he also admired the Slytherin heir looms she had. He stood in the living room waiting for Isabella. He heard walking around and then a door shut, and foot steps coming down the stairs before he heard her voice. ”Sorry for the wait.” Artemis smiled at her, looking at her stunning outfit. He looked her up and down once and smiled his charming smile "It's alright, I don't mind waiting if you're getting that beautiful." He took one last look at her, and then looked at her eyes. "So how have you been Miss Gaunt? You have quite a polite house elf here." He motioned to emerald.

Isabella smiled at Artemis as he was looking quite handsome himself. ”Well thank you.” She said and blushed. He was always good at giving her compliments. He had always been so sweet to her. I’ve been doing well. How are you this evening? Thank you she’s been around the family ever since before I have been born. She’s such a sweetie I love having her around. She helps out a lot. Taking care of a big manor by yourself was a lot of work. ”Well make yourself at home.” Isabella told him sweetly. ”I’m glad you could come though. It’s been a while.” She said giving him a hug and letting go. ”I hope you brought your appetite with you the elves prepared a fabulous meal for us. Care to join me in the back on the patio? She asked him. She looked at Emerald to go tell Silver to get the dining room ready while they would go outside to wait.

Artemis smiled as he blushed. he loved it when she blushed, he thought it made her more beautiful. "That is great to hear. I am doing just fine, doing better now that I'm with you. I see, she is like my House elf Wilbert. He's been around since my grandfather owned my home. I can only imagine how hard it is to run it on your own...I only have to take care of mine during the summer, and that is hard enough. He smiled and nodded waiting for her to finish speaking. "It has indeed been a while, and I am starving. I am sure what ever they make, will be perfect, and I would love to join you out on the Patio." He followed her out to the patio in the back, and looked at the giant grave again, seeing it more closely now. He tried to read the name on it but was still to far away.

He was so handsome she couldn't help it, she had been falling for someone again and she wasn't going to mess this up. She was just simply going to take it slow and not rush into things. "Yes she is an awesome house elf. I always tell people to be nice to them because, it has been crazy around here lately." She told him. She smiled as he agreed to go outside on the patio with her. It was a nice day outside just slightly breeze. She smiled as he had followed her out taking his hand when they had gotten out there. She turned towards him and smiled looking at him in the eyes again. Knowing that he had been looking over towards the graveyard. She glanced up at him. "Would you like a tour?" Isabella asked him curiously.

Artemis smiled at her as they went outside. He took her hand as well and was just staring at the graveyard almost trance like. He shook his head and looked at Isabella hearing what she had asked. "Yes actually, I would love to have a tour...are you going to be my tour guide?" He chuckled to himself looking her in the eyes, His Dark Blue eyes, seemed to be a bit lighter, because of the sun. "I am also curious to know who that giant grave belongs too....thought I have a hunch if this is all your family..."

Something that interested Artemis was in her back yard. She was kindof surprised at the thought that the graveyard would take some interest to him. She smiled after he had snapped out of it. "Yes I shall be your tour guide of course, unless you want one of my house elfs to take you around and show you?" She asked him and giggled softly her cute little laugh. When he told her he had a hunch to who the big one belonged to. "Actually yes you probably are correct. We always tell people that's not really his grave, just a statue a rememberance because we don't want people coming here to find it. We like our privacy." She held his hand and led him to the graveyard taking the path too it. "All of these graves are my families even my mother and fathers." She pointed to the two next to the dark lords grave and walked over there. Bella had planted roses and they had still been growing there were blue ones which were rare and her mother and her favorites.

Artemis looked back at her and smiled. "Perfect...then begin the tour." Artemis followed her out into graveyard talking to her still, still holding her hand. "I have always wondered where he would be buried, or if there was some kind of monument somewhere...This is a bit interesting too...the whole Gaunt Family in one graveyard....its amazing honestly." He looked at all the graves, and then she mentioned her mothers and fathers grave. He followed her over to her mothers grave, and he examined the flowers and chuckled. "A rare blue rose...you use magic to find these...or did you actually find them..." He stood there looking at the two graves. He glanced over at the Dark Lords grave. Even though he was dead, he still gave off that threatening presence as if he would just rise out of the dirt. He looked back at Isabella and smiled at her. "So tell me, and not to be rude, is there more to show...because as weird as this sounds, I actually want to looked at all the graves for a bit...A long line of history is buried here, not everyday you get to see it...well, others get to see it..." He didn't want to offend her, or anything, and he had hoped he didn't.

Isabella glanced at him as they were walking through to the grave yard. It wasn’t as sunny as it had been it kept getting more dreary as you walked to it. More fog crossed the graveyard it was pretty spooky. Sometimes Isabella came out here to think over on her bench that she had underneath a tree. She had tons of blue flowers planted around the graves. They were her favorite flowers. “Nope even Salazar Slytherins is here as well it is off towards the back but his grave is built up off out of the ground you can walk into the tomb stone I have the keys for it.” She said making them appear in her hand and holding them up in front of her showing him. “and yes I have found these blue roses they actually tend to spread everywhere for some reason when they grow but, I love them.” She told him. She looked back up at Artemis when he had mentioned that he wanted to look around the graveyard more. She had almost found it rather odd because, most people hated coming back here because it gave them the creeps. There was something about what he had said that make her like him even more. “I thought you would be one of the ones that would get freaked out by this but, I guessed wrong. Actually besides this and the gardens there is nothing else other than besides the house and its secret passage ways which I'll show you." She told him. Isabella leaned up against the tomb stone of lord voldemort and pulled him in and all the sudden just kissed him passionately out of know where and then after she was done she let go and looked at him in the eyes.

Artemis took notice at the the sun vanishing slowly, it becoming darker and more misty and foggy. He looked at the blue flowers thinking it gave it a bit of a nice touch amongst the dead. When she said Salazar Slytherins grave was in this very grave yard he was a bit surprised. He wanted to see that one, more than Voldemorts now.

"I wish to see Slytherins founders grave...that would be very interesting indeed to see..." He said to her smiling a bit. He looked at the blue roses again smiling and picked one and put it behind her ear. "They are nice indeed....especially when you wear one in your hair." He smiled at her, he kept up the smoothness of his nature.

He laughed at the look on her face when he said he wanted to stay and look at the graves. He chuckled at her response. "Nah, I am one of the ones who loves the history of his class house...It has the most interesting history out of all 4 houses." He smiled hearing that there was a secret passage way on the side of the house. He went to speak. "I Would love to...." He was cut short as he was suddenly pulled to her, and she kissed him. He didn't know what happened, because it happened so quickly. First he was talking, then he was leaning against Voldemorts grave with her, and kissing her. He returned the kiss, the taste of her lips was intoxicating. He kissed her for a while before pulling off slowly. He smiled at her and looked her in the eyes. "Your lips taste amazing..." Was all he could manage to say to her.[/center]

Isabella smirked at Artemis he was rather different than any boy she had ever met in her life, well from besides Adonis. At least Artemis didn’t have dark angel wings? She thought to herself and kind of thought that was funny thinking that Adonis had hid a lot of stuff like that from her. What was wrong with that boy? If she would have just stuck with him she wouldn’t had gotten herself into any of that mess. But, she was glad she was over it. She didn’t want to think about him anymore. But, what if she would see his face again? She would just ignore him. She looked up at Artemis as he had mentioned that he wanted to see the Slytherin founders grave. “Sure, I will show you if you wish to see it.” She told him. Salazar slytherin’s grave was fascinating so she thought. She still couldn’t believe Artemis was interest in all of this. She blushed as he had put a rose behind her ear. He was so sweet also. “Thank you” She giggled sweetly and blushed. She couldn’t believe what she had did after she had pulled him in closer and kissed him. It was so passionate she blushed after she had let go and looked into his eyes running a hand through his hair. She smiled softly as he had said her lips tasted amazing. He was such a good kisser himself. The kiss was really out of know where though and she wanted it to be like that and very unexpecting. She wanted to make him want more of her every time. ”Now let’s go see that grave you want to see.” She said and took his hand again after she had released her arms from his neck. ”I’ll race you.” she told him and started to take off running fast but, not as fast as she normally ran. She was a pretty good runner. Finally she had gotten to the grave. There had been black candles all around it and they had light when she had gotten there. She sat on the steps leading into the tomb.

Artemis wonder what she had been thinking. He didn't care much, but h always wondered when she would just kind of stare off into nothing. Artemis smiled when she finally came back to reality from her thoughts, and he was excited that she would show him the grave. "As I said, Slytherin history has always fascinated me...and when it's all right in a grave yard in front of you...its like a little wizard in learning magic for the first time..." He chuckled at his stupid analogy. He thought it was kind of clever, but stupid. He always had been interested in stuff people weren't For example, most people were afraid of the Forbidden forest at school, where as he loved the place. Never knew what you would find, and he would always spend his free time there. Just wandering deep into the woods. Of course he always left little markers to find his way back...but still, he found it interesting. He had snapped out of his own thought and looked at the flowers putting one behind her ear. He watched as her cheeks turned a bright red. He smiled, and thought it made her look even more beautiful. He stroked her cheek gently. He was about to say something before he was pulled into the kiss. After that it didn't matter what he had to say. He enjoyed the kiss for what it was, Exciting and a spur of the moment. When finished he still tasted her lips in his mouth. He just stood there a bit surprised as she talked, all he heard of it was, "Race you.." By the time he had realized what she said, she had already ran off towards the grave. He shook hi head quickly, and went to keep up with her, but couldn't catch up in time. She had reached the grave before him, and he just looked at her as he approached. "Thats not fair Isabella...You caught me off guard with probably the best kiss in the world...and expected me to race, three seconds after we were done...cruel...very cruel." he smirked. He looked at Salazars grave, and the black candles that lit up...He took his eyes off of Isabella again, amazed at just the outside of the grave. "Lets go inside..."

Isabella smiled at him before she had took off and ran and finally had gotten to the tomb stone. She had always been scared to go in there and never stepped one single foot in it. She glanced up at the tomb and waited for Artemis to arrive since he was a little behind. She smirked at him and sat up off the step and got closer to him. “Should have paid more attention rather than your head in the clouds from the kiss.” She giggled at him and spoke softly. She watched him look at the grave she backed up a little next to him holding his hand and walked up to the steps and unlocked the door glancing back at him. There had been a black gate on the front and on top of the tomb it had Salazar Slytherin on it. She opened the gate and stepped back. The coffin wasn’t right inside it there had been steps leading down. “You go.” She told him. “I’ll, I’ll stay out here. She had always been afraid to step in there.” She remembered her and her brother long ago playing hide in seek and her getting trapped behind the gate. It freaked her out horribly the games him and his friends played on her but, they were just simply joking. “I’ll wait out here.” She said nervously.

Artemis caught up to her finally and smiled at her. "Well, maybe you should of given warning before kissing me, though I did like the surprise." He smirked and watched her back up, and take his hand. She opened the gate for him and he looked inside. It was dark, and he couldn't see much. He took out his wand."Lumos" His wand lit up, and he looked at Isabella. "You sure you don't want to come in with me? It doesn't look that bad..." Artemis started to walk inside waiting on the other side of the gate for Isabella. He thought of a cruel joke to play on her. He started to speak. "It will be fi..." He didn't get to finish, he faked being pulled inside and yelling out, just to scare her. He walked back out to the front after and smiled at her a bit, seeing her reaction. He felt bad, but he had to have some fun.
