[bubbly] parker is very care free and high spirited. she's often bubbly even in situations where many people wouldn't be. it's difficult to get her down, and someone would likely have to intentionally hurt her just to put a dent in her happiness.
[naive] as part of her care-free and almost childish nature, parker is very naive to things happening around her. even after being within the magical world virtually nonstop for the past five years, magic never ceases to amaze her as if she had never seen it at all.

parker was born into a perfectly normal, muggle family. her parents, who had chosen not to be told what the gender was of the child, only had a name for a boy picked out and solidified. Unable to decide on a girl's name last second, they named the girl parker, since it was what they would have named a boy and the name could fit a girl as well.
parker's artistic talent showed itself when she was in elementary school. her drawings in art class were far beyond that of her classmates, and her parents signed her up for art camp over the summer. that summer at camp, the summer she was nine, was when she, as well as everyone else at the camp, discovered she was a witch. she was working on a painting when a boy, who had been messing with her for the entirety of the camp, "accidently" bumped her arm, causing a long line of red paint to go across her nearly finished painting. parker became suddenly very angry with the boy, and all of the paint on his painting suddenly leaped off the canvas and all over the boy's face.
the ministry of magic showed up that night and escorted parker out of the camp before wiping everyone's memory of the event, as well as the knowledge that parker was even there. the ministry informed her parents of what she was, and that did nothing but excite the girl. for the next few years, until she started at hogwarts, parker had several more instances where her magic escaped her, causing various effects. whether it was dying her father's hair purple or causing the family dog to begin roaring at the mailman like a lion.
when parker started at hogwarts, she was sorted into hufflepuff almost instantly. the hat saw the traits for the house in her before it was even fully placed on her head. since then, she's stayed out of trouble and has managed to make decent marks in her classes. except for potions and defense, that is. she's not the brightest student in those classes...
