They arrived in Diagon Alley in the early morning. The goal of getting here so early was so they wouldn't have to wait in the long lines. Stephanie Miller was glad they had gotten to Diagon Alley so early because she wanted to get all her school supplies for the coming year at Hogwarts. It was going to be her second year attending 'Hogwarts, School of Witchcraft and Wizardry' and she couldn't wait to get back.
Steph started looking around the beautifully lit streets, wondering where she was going to begin her shopping trip. "Grandma?" she asked,"Do you mind if we get the robes first?" Stephanie looked up at her grandparents. Luna smiled"We can go to what ever store you want, just remind me to get a book on Crumple Horned Snorkacks when we are in 'Florish and Blotts'" Steph smiled, ahh, Grandma,and then nodded. Neville moved closer to his wife then spoke"I will take the boys and you can take Stephanie. We can meet back at the Leaky Cauldron for lunch." Luna nodded with a smile and started leading Stephanie towards 'Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions' to get her new robes.
When Stephanie entered the shop she noticed a squat, grey haired witch behind the counter. Steph cleard her throat"Excuse me..I was wondering if I could get sized for my robes. Please.." When she looked up at her grandma, Stephanie got a reassuring smile, which made her feel a lot better. She turned back to the squat witch waiting for her response.
As the enchanted measuring tape was recording the lengths of various parts of her body and Madame Malkins was chattering away as she pinned the bottom edges of Stephanie's robes the bell above the door jingled merrily, signalling the entrace of another customer.
