-Character History-
She was born in Japan to a British father and a Japanese mother out of wedlock, her parents finally married when she was three, moving back to Britain for his job, and brought nothing but their clothes and their dog, and old German Shepherd named Hachiko. By the time she turned five, her magic began taking form, surprising her parents, and also making them proud. The years passed, and when she was eight, and making her way through the London streets, a man kidnapped her right outside of the townhouse she lived in and began running with her in tow. Hachiko jumped through the window and attacked the kidnapper, saving her from the kidnapper, but also becoming ill from the fatigue and injuries sustained from shattered window. He died soon after, and was buried in the back yard. She was devastated, barely speaking because of the loss of her friend.
Three years later, she was attending Hogwarts, shy, timid, but enjoying the experience, receiving well wishes and gifts from her parents (never from the rest of her family), and making a new friend or two during the year, though always being alone.
The first three years flew by, and during her wandering in the halls between classes, she overheard the spell “Expecto Patronum!” Interested, she stopped and listened to the lesson, skipping her class, but learning how to use this spell. She practiced the spell for months, never quite getting it. She would stop by the class, but never heard another lesson. She never wanted to go speak to the Professor alone, because most adults intimidated her, so she went to a Seventh Year and learned through her, finding out the secret to the spell. Happy thoughts. She excitedly started practicing again, then finally, she found her Patronus. It was the form of Hachiko, and she cried in both sadness and joy when she succeeded.
After an uneventful fourth year, she got tragic news that her father, on a plane to New York for business, died in a horrible crash during the last quarter of the year. She mourned silently, shutting off again. Starting her fifth year, she was a different person again, quiet, alone, and not near as proactive in class as she used to be.
