Artemis sat in the library, the one place he never thought he would be. He hated books and reading but he was only there to think in the only quiet place in the school. He had gotten over Bella finally and was happy for her and Zeke. They were meant for each other. Even thought Artemis had no one with him, he had his sights set on someone new. A Hufflepuff no doubt and he name was Kelsi. Artemis thought it was crazy, but she was beautiful and looked like the kind of person he could be with, if she wasn't Muggleborn.
He sat there quietly in the library thinking of what he could do to get her. She came off as playing hard to get, but when he was sitting she would sit next to him or on his lap. Women were confusing but if she was playing hard to get, he would do his best to get her. He wasn't one of those sappy people who gave flowers or candy and stuff, or maybe he was, but wouldn't admit it. What ever he was though he would have to do his best to win her over.
A few ideas had run through his head on what he could do. Some stupid than the rest but who knows. First he thought he would stand outside of the Hufflepuff Common Room entrance and play her a song, but he didn't know how to play an instruments, so the idea quickly left his head. He then thought about just taking her on a date and letting things run there course. He did that with Bella and that didn't turn out to well. He would have to be romantic but slightly less timid. He would have to act to make things go the way he wanted. He let out a sigh and leaned back in the chair shutting his eyes just thinking to himself. He didn't hear if anyone came in and he didn't care much.
In his mind all he thought about were ideas on what he could do effectively to win her over. He wasn't a man of many talents, nor was he the most interesting man in the world, but he was rich, handsome, caring, and protective. Or at least he thought so. He let out a deep sigh and looked out the near by window not paying attention to the door should anyone walk in, nor did he hear any sounds as he tried to tone out the world, so if someone talked to him he wouldn't hear it.
