History: McKenzie Thompson is the third and middle child to Andrew Thompson and Zara Thompson. Andrew Thompson is a forty four year old American Pureblood whose family had one of the longest lines of all purebloods. Andrew had visited London for his job inside of the ministry and met her mother Zara Jenks. Her mother is a thirty eight muggleborn witch who also worked inside of the ministry. They fell in love and Andrew suffered diownement from his family when he married her. Together they had Logan Thompson, older than McKenzie by a year, McKenzie Thomspon, and Heath Thompsom, who was fourteen.
McKenzie had a normal childhood growing up in a muggle town in London. She spent her days outside with her brothers learning the rules of Quidditch and playing muggle style games; such as tag. McKenzie, following her mothers heritage, went to Muggle School up until she was eleven, just like both of her brothers. When she first arrived as Hogwarts she was not behind, like her mother had been, but as well integrated into the magical world as she was in the muggle world; close friends at her side as she walked through the doors.
When she was a second year she entered the forbidden forest with a friend and together they had been chased out of the woods by an unknown animal. Ever since her curiosity of the magical beasts that resided in her world grew. If she wasn't in the castle she was out in the forbidden forest expanding her knowledge. McKenzie loves not only the outdoors and it's magical beasts, but reading and spending time with her brothers.
Family means the world to the stubborn sixteen year old. While she is naturally a quiet girl, prefering to watch instead of partake, she has a vicious streak inside of her. Messing with her family or even friends she consider as such introduces a side of McKenzie many do not know, her loyalty to those she loves running very deep. It was this and her insatible want for adventure that landed her in Gryffindor her first year.
