Description: Serenity stands at 5’4 and is rather petite coming from her family who are all tall buxomly women. She weighs about 115lbs and exercise. She has light olive tone skin and has a tattoo that she received when she was a child making her a priestess (also known as a Siren) to the Greek God Poseidon. When she is at school she wears normal clothing as expected of her, however when she returns to the magical realm of Greece, she swaps her robes for the ceremonial garb of Poseidon’s priestesses the Sirens.
Personality
-Serenity has an attitude towards most people who question her beliefs in the ancient Greek gods, she believes that people with magical blood all derive from the gods if questioned be prepared for a duel. She is viewed as an even tempered witch, unless questioned about her religion. She can angered quiet easily after being pushed to far, she’s ambitious, cunning, seductive, and will do anything to get what she wants. Her feelings towards muggle born witches and wizards is a feeling of mild annoyance and a little resentment and jealousy but she doesn’t hate them, same goes with actual muggles, due to the fact that her father was a muggle born and a wizard who she got along well with. She holds pure-bloods and half-bloods in the highest respects believing that they are indeed related to the Ancient gods of old.
History
-Before Hogwarts-
Serenity was born under the full moon in the bay of an ancient temple of Poseidon, her mother a powerful priestess and a powerful witch carried her out into the waters and bathed her with the blessing of the god to make her a priestess as well bestowing the name of Soras the Siren (Priestess) of Poseidon. She was sent out of the magical realm of Greece to live with her father until she was four years old, in those years she lived a fairly normal childhood creating a bond with her father, playing with toys and enjoying time with her step-mother and half sister who was but 5 months younger than her. When the time came for her to step into the priestess role she obediently followed in her mothers footsteps and received the tattoo that would remind her of her duties to her god. She has always had a secret wish that she got to live with her father in the muggle world hence the resentment and jealousy towards muggle borns. She lived in the magical realm of Actium ((known as modern day Punta, which is abandoned according to the muggle world)) which is at the mouth of Ambracian Gulf. When she was eleven she received her owl informing her that she was to attend Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, her mother who was pregnant with her third (holy) child, told her it was her time to leave the village of Actium to master the powers that she had harnessed from birth. She packed her trunk, donned the muggle attire and was floo powdered to Diagon Alley to buy her school supplies with her father who happened to be a wizard as well. When she discovered that her father was a muggle born wizard she felt betrayed that he could keep it a secret from her. She also learned that her sister would be joining her in Hogwarts as well having received magical blood through her father. She boarded the train and left to begin her magical adventures in Hogwarts.
-First Year-
While on the train she showed her sister some of the magic she learned in Actium, and began to bond with her wand ((12 inch Cypress with a Dragon Heart core)). She gained notoriety when she cast her first spell on the train and made a Gryffindor 2nd year to a little tap dance. A 4th year Slytherin took her under her arm and told her that she would do well in Slytherin, if the Sorting hat didn’t think so then all she had to do was ask to be in the house and the ambitious persistence would prove to be enough. When she got to the castle she waited her turn, after Susan Haress it was her turn. She sighed and sat on the stool and listened to what the hat had in store for her. It wanted to put her in Ravenclaw for her sharp mind, then it saw her ambition for greatness and so it put her in Slytherin ((will amend if you don’t want her to be in Slytherin)) She went and sat at the table and after a while her sister was sorted into her houses rival…Gryffindor. She and her sister agreed it would be best to only speak on the Holidays. As the year progressed she found that she had a knack for potions and D.A.D.A’s. When the year was over she left for Greece to be with her father and then back to Actium to continue her studies for the Sirens.
-Second Year-
Serenity continued her studies in Potions and D.A.D.A then found herself trying out for the Quidditch team, she was light enough and speedy enough that she was a put up as a back up seeker and a back up chaser. She played in one match as a chaser and scored 50 points for her team, giving her enough popularity to actually gain a small following. She loved the power that she felt being the head of a small click. Again the year went on and she found herself back in Actium and Greece.
-Third Year-
This was the year that her mother began telling her that Seduction was the way to conquer a man’s heart and Reni began the arts of seducing older students and bending them to her will. It was petty things like getting them to steal from the kitchens when she was hungry, or getting them to do her homework but she enjoyed the thrill it gave her. Her body was becoming more mature and her beauty was becoming more radiant, she was developing her Siren-esque prowess. ((Sirens are known in ancient Greek mythology as being very beautiful and having singing voices so sweet that they would drive men to their deaths on the rocky shores of their Island.)) She could sing but chose not to unless she was seducing a man or by herself far away from the rest of the students. Her mother had taught her how powerful it was to sing, and used Reni’s father as an example of it.
-Fourth Year-
After her return from Actium she was a new woman, the heads turned and eyes bulged at the glow that emitted from her body. She got her first boyfriend in her fourth year, a scrawny Ravenclaw 5th year named Marcus Jones who would do anything for her, she didn’t love him, she had been brought up not to love anyone but her god, when she started to have feelings for him, he fell for another girl named Katy Goens and left her in the dust. She then to get her revenge seduced Katy and made Katy fall for her, once she had Katy in her grasp she broke Katy’s heart along with some bones and was sent to detention for a month. While she would do mundane chores for the Castle she would go back to the moment when she heard Katy’s femur shatter into a million pieces. She became a hero in some circles and pariah in others. She certainly enjoyed the attention she received whether it was good or bad. However she still had restraint on her singing knowing that it could get her in trouble.
-Fifth Year-
Reni’s fifth year was one of learning, she realized that in order to become someone of greatness in the wizarding world, she had to schmooze the professors and gain approval. She aced all her tests, did her own homework and managed to become a full time chaser for the team, helping them gain more points. Half way through the year, one of the prefects fell strangely ill, and she was appointed prefect in the girl’s stead. Apparently the girl was put under a dark curse by “unknown” magic,((The magic that the High Priestess of Poseidon possessed, a magic that confused many wizards except the ones who had gone on adventures and had been to Actium)) the Headmaster knew what it was and so did Serenity, he pulled her into his office and asked if she knew what was going on with the girl knowing that the girl was in what some wizards called “The Cult of the Gods” and Serenity said she didn’t know and he let her be but they both knew that the magic came from Actium and that it was her mother trying to fuel her ambition. Serenity was put under close watch and in order to cast suspicion off of her she would visit the girl whenever she could and they soon became close and fast friends. The girl Mariah was perhaps Serenity’s first friend that actually was genuine. When she returned home to Greece for Christmas to be with her dad and his family, her mother appeared and told her that it was for the best. ((More in-depth detail in the rp example)) Reni renounced her practices for the Priestess hood and sent her mother away. When she returned to Hogwarts she learned that the girl had died during the break. In her heart she knew that she was the cause of the girl’s death and her heart returned to being black. The girl had brought back a spark of light into her heart and it was snubbed out by her mother.
-Sixth Year-
When she returned to Hogwarts she was still under scrutiny from the Headmaster, but she wore her prefects badge to honor the girl who wore it before her. She still used her power of the Sirens, and she did continue to use the boys of the school to steal her food from the kitchens, but she didn’t really feel it, all of her energy was set on getting revenge on her mother. She would spend most of her free time by the great lake praying to Poseidon to guide her, devising and planning the prefect revenge on her mother. She also continued her potions studies and studied for her N.E.W.T’s. When she returned home to Greece, she didn’t go to Actium and refused to see her mother, who had tried to see her to no avail.
-Seventh Year-
She is currently in her Seventh year and is still plotting her revenge.
-After School-
She wants to be the Potions professor at Hogwarts but will see where her N.E.W.T’s place her.

”Soras…my daughter come out to your priestess.” Meridian yelled out in the rain.
Serenity walked out of the door and looked at her mother, ”What could you possibly want Meridian?” Serenity glared at the woman with a look of pain.
”Why I want you to succeed of course, and return home to your people for the solstice.” Meridian opened her arms, and smiled serenely. Serenity walked towards her and said, ”You harmed an innocent to make me a prefect?”
”Not harmed, cursed.” Serenity scoffed and looked at her mother with hatred in her eyes, ”What’s the difference? You used someone to make me succeed.” It was Meridian’s turn to scoff. ”I hardly see you refusing the badge, the ambition you carry within you, your pride, all of it, is what courses through your veins, I course through your veins.” The rain poured heavier and soaked into Serenity’s skin, the coldness of the rain and with her mother’s words she felt the coldness ring true. Who was she after all, she was ambitious enough to win a majority of the professor’s favor, and take the badge without question, and hadn’t she befriended the girl Mariah to avoid suspicion? Again her pride came in the way and she pushed her mother’s hands away from her and yelled, ”I renounce your ways Meridian. I am no longer a siren and I am no longer your daughter! Return to your land and be gone from here.”
Meridian frowned and said sadly, ”You have no idea what you’ve done.” Meridian apparated away. Serenity returned to the house where her sister and father and real mother were. She spent the rest of her Christmas with her real family and refused to be shaken by Meridian’s words.
When she returned to Hogwarts after the break her friend Trish ran up to her and hugged her and told her that Mariah had passed on Christmas day. The day after Meridian had warned her. She fell to the ground and cried the first real tears she had cried since she was a small child. She was taken to the Hospital wing and placed in bed, she laid there and cried until she couldn’t cry anymore. She closed her eyes and before she fell asleep she vowed, ”As of today, Meridian, your days are numbered.” She didn’t dream that night, and she wouldn’t dream until she had her revenge.
