History: Marcus is the grandson of Draco Malfoy. Trying to fill his shoes ever since he came to this school was a nightmare. Make sure you have friends you can trust but not too many (around 3). Make sure you don't get side-tracked by anything. Make sure...
The list is endless. Marcus is quite a laid back guy and is an exact replica of Draco (apparently). When Marcus was born, he was quite tiny and didn't weight much at all. The doctors thought he'd never make it through the first week but Marcus was strong and pulled through. Draco knew he could follow in his footsteps so signed his up for Hogwarts and made sure he was in the Slytherin house. Also, Draco started to make arrangements with the death eaters. Although Voldemort had been destroyed - the death eaters still thrived but needed a leader. Draco pounced at the chance to make sure Marcus was to take that job. Now, so much pressure is on Marcus.
Can he cope?
So far, the years at Hogwarts have been horrific. Fights with others (teachers and children) over nothing. Broken rules about spells on other pupils. Once, Marcus became so bored he made his common room fire into a fire dragon. It danced about the room before the dragon became bored and set fire to the sofas inside. Slytherin was closed to pupils for a month while they tried to put out the fire and the dragon. Marcus has also been a nightmare to teach and often refuses to do stuff or just blows stuff up for fun. He's a nightmare and everyone is wondering how long it'll be before he gets expelled.
His first year went well. He made friends and made sure he stayed in the teacher's good books for a while so they could trust him. His grandfather told him winning over someone's trust meant you could hurt them more when the time comes. Marcus followed his advice and sure enough, the teachers began to trust him.
His second year is when he began this evil streak. He began to twist words in messages he'd been given and started to mess with people's minds. His grandfather was right about trust - having it can be good and bad. His friends stuck beside him though, no matter what.
Third year was just a nightmare. None of the teachers trusted Marcus now and he was beginning to fight with other pupils. The accident with the fire dragon happened in the third year, also. The fights Marcus was in often ended in casualties - almost all of them not him.
Now fourth year. He didn't even start the school year in school. Suspended for an entire month until the train dropped off some supplies for Hogwarts in February. Draco was thrilled - his parents, not so much. When he did come back, he was alright for about 2 weeks until he began turning people into frogs and threatening teachers. The only teacher that could calm him was a relative of Professor Snape. Marcus had taken a liking to this professor so decided that, every problem that arises he went straight to see him.
Fifth year was just the worst yet. He poisoned his ally (Professor Snape's relative) with a white powder in his drink and then went back causing trouble. He tried to kill the headmaster but failed when he was drugged with a sleeping spell. It doesn't end there though. He'd paralysed mostly everyone that spoke to him and now even his friends were scared of Marcus.
Sixth year was a little mellowed. He was suspended again for the first month of term and then brought over by the delivery train. The deputy head used some sort of spell on him that kept him out of danger which lasted a month each time it was used.
The seventh year, for Marcus, is only just starting but he has gained back the teacher's trust from last year and is thinking of a way he can use that. Draco has taught this boy well.
