Description: Darius is roughly six foot tall and muscular. He has broad shoulders, which makes him look more muscular. He also has a scar down his back. Darius got this when he was attacked by a werewolf and since he survived the attack he has now become one. Darius as dark chocolate brown hair that is slightly long, stops at just the base of his neck. He also has slight stubble. Darius prefers to have some facial hair, he thinks it looks more rugged, but on a special occasion he may go for a clean shave.
Personality
Darius is a typical guy. He likes to go out with his friends, have the odd drink and at times lust after hot girls. He is not a player as such, but he does not see the harm in flirting with a girl when out on the town. Darius is rather charming and is not afraid to say what he thinks. He does however try not to be so brutal with the truth. It's good to tell the truth but you don't have to make someone feel like they want to kill themselves once you've told them the truth. He also has a good sense of humor and does enjoy the odd practical joke. But since he is a auror now and nearly twenty one he feels he needs to grow up a little, but that just seems so depressing. When it comes to dating a girl he is a gentlemen. He likes to treat the girl right and will remain faithful. He has only ever cheated once and when he saw how much that hurt the girl he promised himself he would never do that again and so far he has been successful. Since he became a werewolf his temper is a little shorter than what it was, but he doesn't get physically violent with anyone. If he feels himself getting to angry he will go for a run or something, to give him some time to cool down abit.
History
-Before Wizard Training
Darius was born on the 1st of January, in Oxford, London twenty years ago. It was a natural birth and the following day his parents were allowed to take him home. His mother was lucky to have a straight forward birth with their first child. Darius was brought up around magic. He was aware of wizards and magical beings. He had even been to Hogsmede with his parents a couple of times as a kid and loved it. He knew that once he would have completed his wizard training he would work based in the magical world. It was so much more exciting. When Darius was ten, his father decided to take him fishing. This was a treat and the thought of spending a long weekend with his dad seemed like a great idea. If only they hadn't gone on the full moon. The two had set up their tents and got everything sorted for the night when they heard heavy breathing. His father went to look to make sure there was nothing dangerous around, but really he should have stayed with his son. His father heard a loud scream and then when he returned he saw a werewolf about to bite into his son. His father used his wand to get rid of the werewolf and when he approached Darius he was unconscious and laying face down on the ground, his back scratched open. His father knew that if he saved him he would be a werewolf, but he couldn't let his son die. So his dad healed his wounds and when he came round explained to him the process of being a werewolf. At first Darius was angry that his father saved him. Now he was a threat to his family, but then he became scared. The transformations were painful and he would loose complete control of him self every month. Darius thought it would be a good idea to go to a American Wizard School. It was a long way from his family and apparently they were interested in taking werewolves and vampires on.
- Wizard Training
The first day when he arrived at his new school was awkward. Everyone talked in a different accent and some of the words they used Darius had no idea what they meant. However he soon settled in and began making friends. He even met a few others like him so he didn't feel so alone anymore. The school was very good and they helped him deal with his situation from day one. He learned how to make the wolfsbane potion in his first week which he really appreciated. It let him keep his human mind when he turned into a werewolf so he would not be at risk to anyone. He wouldn't have to hide away and lock himself in a cage on the night of the full moon. In his second year he met a interesting girl called Mikayla. She was sweet, funny and cute. She had this draw to her that Darius couldn't ignore and they became close friends. It was why it hit him hard when she left during her fourth year. They promised to write to each other but that soon stopped. It is what happens sometimes, so Darius didn't take it personally. He thought about her often and vowed that he would return to England one day to meet his old friend and see if they could pick their friendship back up. Darius worked hard in his last two years, passing all of his exams with O's. He wanted to be an auror so he needed the good grades and he got them.
-After School
Darius at first began his auror training in America, but he was really missing home. So once he completed his first year of training he put in a application to be transferred to England and continue his second year of training at the ministry over there. Since he had worked so hard his application was soon accepted. A month later he was flying back to England. The first people he saw was his parents and he was so happy. It was then that he realised how much he missed them. While he completed his second year of training, he stayed with his parents, saving up for a house of his own. The second year seemed to fly by and when he was made a auror he felt as though he had achieved his life goal, which was odd as he was only twenty. Now that Darius is an auror he is mainly protecting Hogwarts, but the ministry have told him that he could soon be training young aurors in training aswell. Which he is very interested in doing.
